I know this trampoline can be more expensive than those found at discount/super stores, but it is worth every penny. It is obvious when putting it together that it is made of a higher quality material, frame, and netting. We have had ours for two years now and it is the same great shape as it was when we first purchased it. The safety features are really what sold us on the Springfree Trampoline. Our daughter is now 6 and we love jumping on it with her!

4 kids, ages 8-14,their many friends, 2 years of summer, spring, winter fall bouncing, the trampoline is one of the gifts that keeps on giving!It is the center of attention for all family dinners and birthday parties and the imaginative games that get played on it are amazing! It has even served as a place for kids to spend the night on a warm summer eve. Thank you for a great design and a very sturdy product.

Absolutely love this trampoline. Our kid can't stay off of it an it's a huge help to him. We chose to install it ourselves and I was very impressed with the clarity of the directions and the "kit" set up. Installing the springs was a bit of a bear, even with two strong people, but I suspect it's always the first installation that's the hardest! Super glad to have built it, though, and glad to have found a product that is as safe as a trampoline can be!

I am so impressed by everything about the SpringFree trampoline. It was easy to put together (the video links on the instructions are so helpful) and is of the highest quality. I can't recall the last time I was so happy with a purchase! Keep up the good work.

My children are competitive wakeboarders. We bought this trampoline to train on. The impact on the Springfree is so much better then the "cheaper trampolines." I feel very comfortable with having friends and neighbors as well as my own children jumping on it. I personally know of more then one child who have had injuries on the "cheap trampolines". I highly recommend this trampoline to anyone.

We LOVE our new trampoline. It's so much fun for our 11 year old son and his friends. I was surprised how much I use the trampoline too! It's so much fun and automatically puts a smile on your face. My son says he's never seen me laugh so much (and I'm naturally a very happy person!!).

We had a traditional trampoline for 6 years and this new springfree is like a completely different experience. The kids love the bounce and I love how safe it is. Great fun for all ages - my kids are 15 and 12 and they never spent as much time on the traditional tramp as they do on the springfree. We went with the basketball hoop which really adds to the fun.

We have had our trampoline for a few weeks now, and our boys love it (as do their friends). I set the trampoline up by myself, as I didn't have an adult helper on hand - it required some effort, but by no means impossible. The instructions provided were good - I didn't watch any of the videos.

Very poor customer service when I made a warranty claim. I need a small plastic part that pooped out of the undercarriage of the trampoline. Probably costs a few dollars to make. They charged me $14 for the shipping which is ridiculous. A $5 priority mail from the USPS would be enough to ship this small part. Anyway it sounds like they are charging me for the part and the shipping. Anyway weeks have gone by and no part. So I ask today where my part is and they say I wasn't charged sales tax thus they haven't shipped it yet. They are kind enough to cancel the tax but the part will be shipped a few weeks after I made my claim. Bad customer service. Very disappointed.

You don't normally think there is a huge difference in quality amongst trampolines, and from what I've seen, usually there isn't. But many of our friends have trampolines and they start to get old and rickety pretty quickly baking in this brutal Phoenix sun. But our trampoline is still in great shape, very sturdy, very reliable! We know the kids are always safe and their feet won't get caught between springs, etc. Helps to know all their friends are very safe too. We had a terrible storm, a huge tree fell on the trampoline. We did have to replace the mat, but the trampoline lived. This item is worth the expense.

We finally set it up. It was very hard to set up - the video instructions and paper instructions did not match which made it difficult at times. Also, both instructions minimize how hard it is to put the rods in. But 3 hours later it was done - and yes, worth it. We all love it - and bonus surprise for adults is that it is actually a work out.

This was very difficult to put together. Much strength is required when bending poles to fit in. The directions could be more clear also. There is no one available on Saturdays by phone when we needed to put it together.

As a pediatrician, I was very leary about taking the trampoline plunge with my children. However, at 14,11 and 7, they were relenting in their begging and my wife did not quite understand my concerns. I then heard about the Springfree trampoline and became interested. While the risk of injury from simply jumping straight up and down or flipping and landing inappropriately can still happen, the risk associated with spring injury and possibly falling off the trampoline are virtually nil. Since getting the trampoline for Christmas, the computers, Xbox(s), iPads and iPhones (somewhat!) have been put down and the three are playing outside in multiple different ways, not just with the trampoline. It has led to increased overall outdoor activities and healthier habits. I'm pleased to say that I am happy I made the purchase and the locking mechanism helps with keeping neighborhood kids off and increasing liability.
