I was so pleased with the service I received from the Southlake Springfree team they were so helpful and made the buying experience so smooth and easy !! They came and set my trampoline up on the day needed and did an amazing job ! My son and his friends love his new trampoline!! Now all the moms are calling asking where I got it because they one one too !!

Not only did we buy a wonderful product with an amazing warranty made by an outstanding company, it has provided great value to our family. Our entire family enjoys the fun it brings. Our neighborhood kids have fun too! We love the safety features and the shape. It did not steal our backyard from us at all.

When we went to the store the associate working was not super friendly or helpful. When we initially walked in the associate was sitting at the desk talking to a few friends that were around the counter. She did not share any information unless we asked questions. We had done our homework before going to the store so we knew what we were looking at. We went to the store to see the different sizes and see the product in person before making the purchase.

We purchased this for our 3 boys for Christmas. They love it so much already. It seems very durable too as our 70lb dog jumped up on the net and it didn’t rip from his nails. We added the basketball hoop and I’m so glad because they play with it every time they are on the trampoline. The whole buying experience was great as well from the initial consult where they came out and measured and recommended a size/shape for our yard, to the delivery and set up.

I bought this for my grandchildren ages 9 and 6. They love jumping, but going to the trampoline parks has gotten to be a major accident waiting to happen because of overcrowding and lack of supervision by employees and other parents. My biggest concern was injuries from the springs, so it was worth the added cost to get one that is spring free. The oval gives them more opportunity to practice their gymnastic moves individually and enough room to do controlled jumping together. They love it. Their friends love it. I love that it's black and not an eyesore in my backyard. Couldn't be happier.

Ordering was easy over the phone. I had to call back to change the install date, calls kept going to voicemail, and no one ever called me back. I finally started calling at random times until someone actually answered. The install guys were great. I had ordered the wheel set to make moving the unit easier, but ended up not needing it and sent it back. I called the store - again, and again - to get a refund for them, and still haven't received it on my credit card ten days later. I will call again (and probably again and again) today.

Excellent trampoline. My son says "the bounciest ever," and he's done a ton of jumping, so I'm inclined to believe him. The professional assembly removed that potential burden. Definitely worth the price tag.

We just got our trampoline a few weeks ago and we are enjoying it immensely! I love hearing my son giggle in delight! I do sincerely feel like this is a 'safe' trampoline, the net has even caught me a few times with no issues. It's not cheap, but compared to other upper tier competitors it's a great value!!
