This is the greatest purchase I've made in a while. This is the true aromatherapy tool. All the other products sold online that add water and use heat in plastic jars are not the proper way to diffuse. The cost was totally worth the it.

Not only is it a beautiful-looking piece, it begins diffusing almost instantaneously. The oils diffused fill the room surprisingly quickly. I've had it for a week, and so far I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I really enjoy the diffuser. It does a great job spreading the aromas around the room without heat or water. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was because it is not quite as silent as advertised and there is no way to turn off the LED light. Other than that, I love it and plan on buying more for other rooms!

I purchased 3 of the Radiance units and one is in my office. The unit is absolutely beautiful and really puts out the scent. I use mine 15-minutes a day most days and the room remains saturated with the scent for hours on end. I highly recommend these units both for quality, beauty, and functionality, and they're well worth the asking price. The customer service is magnificent as well, Chad!!!

To say I've been satisfied by the recent addition of a hand-carved Dragon diffuser to my bedroom would be a drastic understatement. The mood in my room has gone from dull and cold to radiant and bright, merely by a shift in the aromas now lazily drifting from my gorgeous art piece (for it surely can be considered that too). I could tell immediately upon opening that the diffuser was well-constructed, and by following the carefully described cleaning and maintenance advice I am confident I will be enjoying this diffuser for years to come. There are various speeds to choose from, controlled by a convenient and extremely well placed silver knob (i.e. away from the front, where the dragon's head faces outward prominently). I have tested the unit both on its highest and lowest settings, have been amazed at the diffusive power; for my moderately-sized bedroom, there's no way I need it above the lowest setting to be effective, and the highest can fill the whole house. And yet, I'm equally astounded by how little oil it truly uses, given how effective the nebulizing effect is. All in all, I cannot recommend this enough. A completely revolutionary addition to my daily lifestyle, I find my mood, focus, and attitude enhanced by its aromatic power. And I haven't even experimented with more oils than Lavender (and the graciously included sample oil) yet! Thank you so much Organic Aromas, and keep up the fantastic work!

Enjoy the product. The only thing is that I really wish there were a customer service number to call. After spending money on the product, it would be ideal to have a customer support number. Other than that, I enjoy the product so far!

The Raindrop is my third nebulizer. I have another that works similar to this one, one that draws oil directly from the bottle as well as two water diffusers. The Raindrop has many wonderful qualities. When it's described as being quiet it is exactly that. It's on a table next to my bed about 2 feet from my head and I hear absolutely nothing from the Raindrop. This nebulizer diffuses oil well, it's beautiful looking (I bought black), the glass is elegant, it's easy to use, and easy to clean. I have mixed feelings about the changing lights and would like to be able to turn them off sometimes, however, they are softer than my diffuser and are peaceful in a dark bedroom. I do wonder if running a powerful nebulizer for too long is good for the body so I run it for about 30 minutes before sleep, shut it off before the auto shut-off and then turn on my water diffuser to continue help with sleep. If I wake up in the night I turn the Raindrop back on to help me get back to sleep. Overall, I love the Raindrop. I highly recommend it and would purchase it again.

I have recommend it to several neighbors. It is wonderful easy to use and best of all I do not have to use water to diffuse. The only oil I am having problems diffusing pure is my myrrha; it seems to clog the diffuser and it makes it difficult to clean.

After much research about essential oils and diffusing I settled on this type because of the concept. No need to add water to disperse the healing oils in the air, just add straight oil, turn on and enjoy. This unit is easy to clean when following the instructions, and let me add I thought something was wrong with my unit, but turns out just needed to be cleaned. Customer Service was AWESOME, they replied to my e-mail within the hour, discussed the unit and my issue in detail and the cleaning instructions, they were very helpful. They even sent me a follow up email as well! Great diffuser, unique, and the most efficient at producing aromatherapy benefits. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! Sample oil included was a nice addition and smells very good too!

Since I think the video says it all, I will simply add this is VERY well made and thought out. I LOVE the fact that it is hand-made and the craftsmanship that goes into the blown glass just blows my mind (pun intended!). This is a beautiful addition to any home, and I hope to get three more for the other areas of my house. I love it!!!

I love this Oil Diffuser. It's perfect. Makes no noise - none! Does not humidify the house, and yet gives off a delicate wonderful scent. I could not be happier.

I have been using oil diffusers with water for years and have found them to be not very good. The oil essence spreads when the water heats up and then you can hardly smell the oil. With this diffuser, the smell of the oil is long lasting and the innovative way the oil is diffused is amazing and spreads throughout a large area. The diffuser looks like an art piece. I LOVE IT and I am saving to buy another unit for my bedroom. I highly recommend this product. Your expense up front is worth every penny. Try it, I guarantee you it will be the best investment you can make. Follow the cleaning instructions and your oil diffuser will work magic.

This diffuser/nebulizer is unique and works beautifully. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing and this one is one of the only nebulizing diffusers that has the beautiful colored lights. They are soothing and the nebulizer really covers a large area of my first floor!! You won't be disappointed!!

I buy this diffuser in Hong Kong. Good quality and good packing and most important of all, it delivers to HK. Helpful customer services. The price is even lower than that from Taobao..... A suggestion - it would be wonderful if timer or programme selection for operation is available.
