The link in my email took me directly to the product being offered. When I selected a different product, the website provided a message immediately stating that the discount did not apply to what I had selected. When I selected the correct product the discount was already applied. I did not need to enter the discount code. This made it very easy to purchase with the discount. There was no confusion.

Great customer service when I was not able to receive my package right away. They immediately sent me a replacement. The carrier was able to locate my package a week later. Once I get the replacement I will return it immediately to them.
