The diffuser was a gift and I haven’t heard back. The communication around delivery was spotty at best. Since this was a gift it would have been helpful to have an expected delivery time and better updates. Sorry not to be able to give feedback on the product itself.

This product is made in and shipped from China. I'm sure the actually cost/value isn't $100, and I will be keeping an eye out on china whole seller pages. Other than feeling like I may have found it for a lesser price, I am happy with the product. It works well and I am enjoying it with all of my essential oils. The free blend was a nice addition as well. Thank you.

I wanted a waterless diffuser because it’s been getting more humid in the summers here and this is my first nebulizing diffuser. The Raindrop diffuser is very pretty and works great. It runs quietly and shuts off automatically after a couple of hours. I usually have the light off because I use it at night, but the light does not turn off automatically after the 2 hours when I have it on. I thought the essential oil scent would be stronger since it’s not mixed with water, but I feel like it creates a gentler aroma in the room. Maybe that’s just me. I have been using it every day.
