I ordered a porch potty a few months back. Upon ordering I received a 5% coupon code for my next purchase from your site. I tried to use it today and it would not work. Disappointing.

I have to keep ordering grass as it is impossible to get rid of the urine odor after a while. I had my porch potty hooked up to a drain and it drains very slowly. While I do like the product, I wish I didn't have to replace the grass and clean out the line as much as I do. You need a bigger drain so it does not clog easily. You need a better odor controller to ensure the urine odor is eliminated for a longer period of time.

This is BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!! I have NEVER been more disappointed, online or in person. My $240 product was shipped to the WRONG HOUSE, did not include all of the items in the description, and it took 4 DAYS to get an email response. Never buying from these people again! And you shouldn't, either.

Confusion over monthly order. We had to cancel the monthly deal because company never charged card or sent the next month's order. Did not follow up if we had registered which we didn't know we had to do (thought shipping info and provided email was already sufficient) waiting and waiting for never shipped package..other than that porch potty is great- thanks
