your website has a lot of issues. I have an account I cannot log into. I tried to register and it will not let me, I tried to enter my password and nothing would type in, I tried to complete my purchase as a guest, and it would not load the credit card fields for me to fill out. i finally used paypal. it is not my preferred payment method, yet I was forced into it to make a purchase. Your website needs work, I am completely frustrated.

I had a bit of trouble with the shopping cart today; some items would not add, or when I tried to add some, my shopping cart would empty altogether. Other than that, the site is very user-friendly.

I am so excited about finding a durable product for our puppy. She goes in the grass, but with winter coming I would prefer I had something inside she could use. I believe with this product I can set in our unused shower and drain and clean all at once. PERFECT, if it works. Thanks again, will let you know how well she does. Rhonda

The porch potty arrived quickly and in good condition. It wobbles a little bit, not sure if that's the surface we have it on (our balcony) or the product itself, but like a wobbly table we just put a wedge under one of the corners and it's fine. My dogs are still a bit apprehensive about stepping up on it but I'm confident they will learn to use it shortly as they are already accustomed to peeing on artificial grass.
