the loading of pages was problematical . i tried on my iphone, then my laptop, then firefox, then safari . Eventually my order was placed but took hours! even now my billing address and delivery address both have my name twice under the billing and delivery name , but on the entry bar it seems to be correct.
if you could expedite the delivery please do since my son needs these things urgently.

Website needs a little finesse. It's a bit slow and choppy. The "Add to Cart" buttons on the homepage don't actually add to cart, they just go to the product detail page. Other than that, I had a good experience and am looking forward to my Porch Potty.
Update: I've received my Porch Potty and was very happy with the timeliness of the delivery. Our puppy has been going potty on it successfully!

This is our second PP. The sales team was great on the first purchase and even more attentive on this one as I had a lot of questions. A fabulous idea and a life saver for us when we are away too long and can not take out our pals. Our 13 yr old Labrador female took right to the idea. The Jack Russell male - a 9 year old preferred to mark the sides until we brought home a new JR puppy male who uses the PP faithfully and now so does the older male. Thank you PP!!

Folowup: AMAZING service. I live in Hawaii, and "free shipping" doesn't really exist here. But somehow, they honored the free shipping deal with no questions asked. AND the box arrived in 5 days! That's insanely quick to ship here. Amazing company. Would definitely recommend you to anyone.

On Firefox I selected Porch Potty Standard. Went to checkout, tried to register, entered all my personal information, including password. Then entered shipping, billing and credit card info. Clicked the "place order" button and everything disappeared and I was back at homepage. When I tried to login using info I just entered I received message that User name and password were unknown. I went on another browser and seemed to be able to complete purchase. I tried calling but no one available to speak with me. Left 2 voice messages.

Site was glitchy to say the least (using Chrome). Hard to find simple things like "add to cart" depending on path taken, and it took a few tries for the shopping cart to actually show my item. I wanted to order the training sod, which showed as in stock, but I kept receiving an error that it wasn't available in the quantity selected (I wanted one).

Can't wait to see the grass! Ordered the porch potty and it is great so far - I tried using store sod but its a bit messy and needs to be cut to order. So I hope this process goes a bit smoothly and I can just plop it down ready to go!
