Your website is well designed and easy to navigate. I just bought a condo in a high-rise with a very large terrace, and I'm really excited to receive your product so that my dog can make use of it at night instead of me having to run her down the elevator.

I didn't find all of the replacement parts that I was looking for which will now require a separate contact to your customer support team.

Porch potty premium replacement grass is out of stock without any information about when it may be back IN stock or if it is permanently gone? Need more info

Thought I was going to return the small potty d/t size of my apt but lo and behold my 2 dogs started using it! Staying!

I love my Porch Potty! My toy dogs are four years old and used to grass, but we've moved to the city and only have a paved yard now. They both loved it as soon as it arrived, although my little boy routinely aims off the side! My girl has medium length fur, so the turf of the Porch Potty really helps keep her pants clean, which is not the case when she goes on a hard surface. It's also helping to keep the smell in check without me having to rinse of the pavement every time they go out. My only tiny complaint is that the seal on the fire hydrant is just a piece of foam, and I couldn't manage to keep water in it. I filled it with those glass pebbles you see in flower arrangements instead. Overall 9/10, definitely recommend!

I"m having to ship this item to my brother in the US to then be shipped to Toronto Canada. That's a drag.

This ordering experience was a lot better than the last time. Your website seems to finally be making some sense. It seems to be functioning well, as far as allowing people to login.

I hope my order actually gets filled. The last time I had to follow up with you to make sure you received my order, and properly entered it into your system, which you had not. If I hadn't contacted you, I may never have received my order. So I'm going to check up again, just to be sure you guys are getting things straight.

Look, you make an absolutely terrific product. I think it is fantastic. I use it, and brag about it to everyone. I want you to succeed, and be wildly successful. But people need to be able to buy from you easily, and you should not lose any orders in your system.

As much as I love your product, and have come to rely on it, I do not trust your order system. Also, I noticed that you were out of the larger sod. I don't need the larger sod, but what if I did? How can you run out of something that is vital, absolutely vital, for many of your customers to have?

So in short, I love your product, and I want you to succeed. But you still do not seem ready for primetime if you ask me. Website snafus, order entry snafus, and running out of key products, oral hallmarks of a company that does not have its act together.

But I wish you well. In fact, I'm counting on you!

Product was great and came on time but our dog is refusing to use it!

This is our second purchase- great product

I haven't had a chance to set up the porch potty. I ordered it because I will be moving in November and my dog won't have the convenience of a back yard. The potty arrived quickly and there was no shipping charge!

Actually, it is for my new townhouse and I haven't moved in yet, so it has not been taken out of the box. I will follow up next week, after he's been using it for a few days.
