The AC is fairly easy to install and worked out of the box. We bought it for our garage and it does a very good job. Bending the copper tubing to go down the wall is a bit of a chore.

I called support once and they were able to answer my question very quickly. I like the unit. The remote works well. On the other hand the wifi controller isn't very reliable.

Fairly easy installation, the kit’s Installation Manual written instructions suck, so thank God for YouTube. Needed to spend an additional $150.00 to buy an HVAC gage set and vacuum pump to vacuum out the line set not mentioned in the installation manual but shown on numerous YouTube videos. Maybe not necessary but manual doesn’t explain or discuss the start up procedures. Perhaps Pioneer ought to include an installation DVD showing the process. Nevertheless, once the lines were vacuumed out and the remaining connections made the Unit fired up and blew super cold air. With a small tubular fan at the doorway to my hallway the cold air moves to all rooms and my 900 sq. ft. Home is chilled in 40 to 50 minutes...Ice Cold. Great system and I’m thankful it works better than I thought. Very happy. But, the install info needs to be greatly improved .

What an AWESOME product! NoT going to lie, the install in a 112 yr old brick home was more than a bit tricky but, all worked out and the unit performs better than expected.

I was completely impressed at the overall quality of this 2-ton mini-split. It is whisper quiet, and my 660 square foot garage in HOT Arizona gets down into the 60's easily. I purposely wanted to buy this through Pioneer's site, and not Amazon. Pioneer throws in a few extra goodies and it is nice to order direct rather than giving Amazon a 10% cut for doing nothing. Did the whole install myself, and it is flawless.

Received unit in 6days. works great keeps 750sqft garage at 70deg with no problems out side temp was 26deg. no insulation in walls or ceiling. very quiet and does not have to run all the time.

I am very satisfied with all aspects of the services I received. I called a couple of times and reached a person right away. My questions were answered in a polite, professional, and knowledgeable way. Some places force you to listen to a lot of automated choices and then you might not get a person. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I've had this 24k unit installed for a few days in North Texas and it is amazing. It's 100 degrees outside and the unit is making 62 degree air on the inside. This cools, it heats, it's quiet and works well. Very pleased with this purchase. - Also, a shout out to the PARKER DAVIS customer service. Not sure all their names, but everyone I spoke with was courteous, timely, knowledgeable and helpful. - My unit was shipped on time, delivered on time, No additional fees, no hassles, etc. - The installation instructions and testing procedures were very clear and easy to follow and the installation/performance went off without a hitch. Two things to recommend though, 1) if you need to make significant bends to the copper lines, be sure and have a good tubing bender on hand, I was being extra careful, but inadvertently put a big crimp in the line, In my case, I was fortunate to have ordered a 25' line and only needed 20' so this wasn't a catastrophe. 2) Be sure and order the $6.75 service port adapter. Not having this delayed my installation by a week as my normal HVAC supply house did not have one that fit the Pioneer unit. I ended up having to call Parker Davis and have one shipped. - I think it would be beneficial to automatically ship a service port adapter with very unit like they do with the leak guard stuff. If the Parker Davis customer service is any indication of their 5 year warranty, this should be fine, but certainly hope to not find out, I would purchase this again, and would/will recommend to anyone looking for one of these.
