Haven't installed the system yet but shipping was fast and delivered in a little over a week. I waited until after Thanksgiving to receive the system but the shipper/delivery company was kind enough to hold it for Monday delivery.

This is my 6th set in 24000 or 36000 I've used for various projects. Love these units. Only issue we've had is getting flare fittings very, very tight. Have had very few issues. The variable speed compressors are easy starting and quiet. We generally override the auto-fan setting to hi as in a still room, they can tend to self-ingest their cool air and decide to slow the compressor. Added airflow will also prevent ice.

This is my second purchase from Pioneer. Haven't had time to install this one yet but if it is like the first one, I will be very satisfied. They run so quiet and cool so well I am amazed. I hope they last forever.

If I ever loved an item i bought, it is this unit.Over the last 2 years i bought over a thousand dollars worth of coolers.Air conditioners, water coolers over and over different model, window and roll a rounds. None of which ever worked for my home it was either somewhat cool in the downstairs living room and an oven in every room upstairs in my split level home. Never could i cool that house. And always noisy. But OMG. This unit during the hottest days of 100 degrees up here in the mountains of AZ. My whole home is cold on 70 with the fan on low .And oh my, how nice and quiet this unit is inside ,and outside. The motor part is under my bedroom window.I cant hear one sound from it. My family comes walking in and complain on how cold it is. ( the other day in a blistering 100 degree outside) my daughter came to visit after s few minutes she reach for a throw ,it was that cold in the house. i adore this unit.i am waiting for winter now. I hope the heat is as awesome as the cooling part. We use a wood stove for heating.Last year i spend $ 1000. (one thousand) dollar on wood. i cant wait to see how it does and will for sure be back to let everyone know about that aspect of this unit. The price also was absolutely great. As it stands right now 4 maybe 5 of my family members want to buy these units for their homes. One a larger one (,bigger house.) But everyone is super impressed.
