Website is slow and cumbersome to use. Often requires repeat reloading/refreshing of page.
Search engine takes very long to process queries and the action often needs to be repeated several times before my search list is created.
Delivery charge added to order is another deterrent. The big 2 (Kalahari & Takealot) provide free delivery incentives for orders exceeding specific amounts.
Based on the above, phoenix tech is a site of last resort.
On the positive side, pricing of products is decent.
