Never had such good service and friendly folk to deal with.. Fernando was extremely helpful with helping and giving reccomendations. furthermore getting my system fernando extended to help me further with some issues i had encountered untill everything was in perfect working order!

Such a pleasure dealing with Phoenix on-line with its very effective, easy-to-use on-line shop. What made it even better was immediate on-line live chat support (provided by a very helpful Fernando)that immediately addressed queries. The keyboard arrived the next day via Fedex. Amazing service. Easily the best internet shopping transaction I have had. What was a great bonus was the extremely competitive price. I don't know how you guys do it. But you do it very well. Will be back. Just bought my new Club3d ****. Ordered online. Was greeted as soon as I was on the site. fernando was a great help, he helped me choose the right parts to fit my configuration, he was considerate of my budget and didn't try and just sell me anything, I felt that my purchase was important to him and he took the time to make sure I made the right decisions on the parts I bought, my experience was fantastic from logging in to the site to receiving my goods, great doing business with them!
