First purchase on Mp4nation. The experience was quite good, the process was quite smooth. The product arrived in good shape. I ordered it as a gift for someone else and therefore really can't comment on the quality of the product, hence given a 3. But given that it is a brainwavz product, I presume it should be good.

Service was excellent. I still consider the price to be a just a tad higher than it should be for pads but apart from that everything else great. Product was dispatched quickly and the delivery period was less than three weeks which I find to be perfectly acceptable. Packaging was appropriate and effective.
Product (leather Brainwavz HM5 pads) is also great. They improve my listening experience by approximately 55.75%. :) Was very pleasantly surprised by the silicon ziplock bag, it was a very nice touch. Well played, Brainwavz, well played!
A small suggestion to MP4Nation, please consider adding some color and/or more visible borders around each section in the user's account panel. Right now it, apart from the blue bars at top and bottom, it is entirely white with barely visible lines. It makes navigation and orientation much less intuitive and harder.

The two items (amp and headphones) were competitively priced. The shipping was efficient. I followed up with customer service regarding missing items from a 'sealed' packaged by Brainwavz -- I could not tell whether there was a factory/Brainwavz oversight or shipping oversight. Other than this, I am satisfied.
