We found you listed with good ratings on Angies List and decided to look you up. Store was a bit out of the way but well worth it. Liked the fact that it was family owned and everything was done by you with no subcontractors involved. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Installer went above and beyond with moving furniture and as an older couple, we so appreciated that. We were and still are very well pleased with the end result. Will definitely refer.

I ordered my carpet months ago. It came in but I was working out of the country. Kelly flooring held on to it all that time and installed it when I returned.

Kelly's Flooring, as usual was good from the get-go. The new carpeting on our stairs to the basement is a great improvement. We really are enjoying the new carpeting in our family room and it's just the right color.

Very friendly, knowledgeable people.
Installers are always courteous and professional.
Love the fact that you're a "local" company.
Will definitely shop here again the next time we need flooring.

Not happy with how carpet is wearing-tears and pulls an unraveling at threshhold seams

I appreciated shopping with Kelly flooring. I did NOT like working with "the Gallery" where you referred me for additional samples. Because The Gallery was so inefficient, and you use them as a resource, I would hesitate to shop at Kelly again. I really liked the three of you I worked with at Kelly, and if you had something in stock I was interested in, I would consider shopping with you again.

Going to Kelly's was the best flooring decision we made. My husband and I shopped several box stores, speciality stores, discount stores and even online and found that Kelly's had the best price, variety and quality. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgable about the products and patient with all our requests. I would definitely shop there again and refer them to family and friends.

Kellys was great to work with but one of the products were bought did not hold up to our standards. It from the beginning showed every spec of dirt and if you walked on the carpet with your shoes it picked every piece of dirt. That carpet is now ruined and needs to be replaced. When we purchased this carpet it was a special order because it was pink and you did not have anything like it. That was a mistake but it was not Kellys fault. I would say it was the manufacturer. All the rest of the carpet has held up great.

For many years, for my personal and rental houses, Kelly has nicely served my carpet needs.

Our experience was excellent, everyone was very professional even down to the installers. The family own business was thru referral, and I was glad, can't wait to move rooms to the house. Thanks a million

the flooring I received is not what I expected u can see every mark in it and every where u walked. I have ask then them to replace it and it also unraveled and all they did was come out and cut the piece that unravel and it is still unraveled I have never heard back from then they need to replace the carpet I wanted commercial carpet that goes in churches and never got that this commercial carpet is no good

Installation overall was OK, however the floor trim in the first room was poorly re-installed. You can see the paint line when the trim was dropped down with the tile install.

The second install was better, since they left the trim as is and use quarter round to trim off the gap that was left. However I had to pain the quarter round items, as that was something I was told the installers didn't do.

All work was completed in a timely manner, the two gentlemen were very polite and left no mess what ever.
For retired people, this was very much appreciated.
