I was referred to Kelly's Flooring after a terrible experience with another flooring company.
From the sales process to the installation and clean up, every single person I came in contact with was not only professional, but courteous.
There was no question that I was working with owners and employees of a flooring company who have incredible integrity and great prices. The pride of workmanship during the installation process was obvious. Every employee wanted to be sure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and installation.
I will never use another flooring company and have given their phone number to several people who have talked about flooring needs.

A wonderful family owned company with a huge selection of all types of flooring. Everything from the salespeople to the installers are top notch. We have used this company for 3 of our homes and have been more than pleased with everything. If you want personalized service this is the company for you!

I purchased hardwood flooring for my great room and entry foyer. The wood itself is beautiful, and Kellys Flooring sold it at a reasonable price. The salesman was very knowledgable and helpful. However, I am not happy with the installation . There are obvious gaps between some of the floor boards, some as wide as 1/8". They are visually noticable and I feel them if I walk barefoot on the floor.

I also purchased 3 rooms of smartstrand carpet......then I needed to buy a new vacuum cleaner because my Dyson wouldnt move across the carpet. I am okay with doing that, but kinda think that seller should let buyer know that certain vacuum cleaners will be an issue. Also, note to anyone buying smartstrand - it is beautiful and so very soft (love that!), but it shows every footprint when you walk on it. Kinda bothers me to see that. FYI - Cleans easily, I have not needed a professional carpet cleaning since buying this 2 1/2 years ago.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with our entire experience with Kelly's Flooring. The prices are comparable to other companies and the service is above the rest. We had some issues with the wood right out of the box, which was an issue from the manufacturer, and Kelly's handled it with complete professionalism. The timely manner in which they handled this was great appreciated. This wasn't the first time we used Kelly's Flooring and certainly won't be the last. We will highly recommend Kelly's to anyone looking for new floors!

Very nice people. Gave me great advice about my installation, which helped avoid future disputes and insured my satisfaction, even though it cost me a little more at the end of the job. In my experience in the construction industry, few things matter more than a professional "telling you like it is" at the risk of losing a job.

Our experience with Kelly Flooring was a very positive one. We were deciding between replacing carpeting or going with all hardwood flooring on the upper level of our villa. Options were presented for both along with new ideas and suggestions. We chose going with all hardwood flooring which involved matching some areas of existing hardwood. The result of that was very well done. Baseboards and shoe bases were installed, caulked and painted to our satisfaction. We had to contact them after completion for a couple customer service items and they were very courteous and timely in following through to our satisfaction. Great people to work with!

We were extremely satisfied with ALL aspects of getting our new flooring from Kelly's--great quality and value for flooring that we had looked for for quite some time. We were MORE than pleased with the two gentlemen that did the actual installation--they were very friendly yet professional and were very meticulous in every aspect of the installation process especially their attention to keeping everything clean and as dust-free (from sawing the flooring) as possible--also appreciated their patience and care in having to work around our schedule in having a large piece of furniture moved so they could work around it. We would recommend Kelly's to anyone. Will we use their services next time I need flooring? ABSOLUTELY!
