When I placed order I received confirmation & was told I would received a tracking # in order to track my order almost 10 days hadn't heard from the company. Once I contact customer service very helpful & was told my order is shipped straight from company. My complaint is I should have been told up front. Thank God for your customer service .

Received, but unable to use. Very sensitive to other Frequencies. Also did not fit on my stationary bike. Highly disappointed, a tad on the pricier side for the quality of product!
