Received my trainer 1 day after the projected date which was fine. It was a few days late shipping, but once it shipped it got here lightning fast.This was my first time using Indoor Cycling, but I would not hesitate to use them again. The trainer was received in perfect condition.

I sent an email requesting to return the item I bought for a refund. I got an email response ~ 2 weeks later from Ryan saying that a return was being processed. It's been another week and I still haven't received any guidance on how to return the item. This experience has been rather frustrating.

I have called at least 4 times and my call was never returned. I paid for the installation and no one ever came and I wasn't informed when it would be delivered. Box was severely damaged, I have yet to put the bike together myself but I hope it's not damaged. I need my money back for the installation.

But I was not at all satisfied with the lack of response from customer service regarding questions I had about my order. I emailed and called the answering service on numerous occasions asking questions regarding my order and received no response for days at a time, only after numerous inquiries did I get a response.

It was easy to navigate the site and to select the product I was looking to purchase.

10/2/21 update - My order arrived on 9/20/21 and the box was heavily damaged. I could not determine initially if it was a repackaged return or if it was just poor handling by the carrier. I did not open the box until 9/25/21 and when I did, it appears that it was poor handling. However, I was missing the wiring plate and the pivot axle due to the multiple holes to the box. After registering the product with ProForm, they were able to ship me the missing parts which will be here next week.

I ordered the spin cycle pedals to replace Peloton pedals in order to wear Tiem spin shoes. Over a week after placing an order, I get a shipping notification that the product is being shipped via 2 day shipping. Upon receiving the item, I got sent a spinning DVD. Something you couldn't even give away for free. It took another week and days to get the pedals. Overall, not a great shopping experience.

After placing my order, I did not receive any communications. I then requested to cancel the order but was informed it had already shipped. When I requested the tracking, it was not yet available. After receiving my order, I then requested it to be returned and was informed it could be returned for a 15% fee. Seems unnecessary.
