We bought our house and didn't receive controls for our garage door. I called on a Saturday morning and a service rep was there within 2 hours. He installed a key pad, programed our cars and provided us with an extra control. I was impressed with the service provided.

came home one night pulled in the garage got out of the car walked out of the door and pushed the door button for door to come down half way down a door panel came of the track it was Friday night and I thought I wood be waiting till Monday but when I called your shop the lady told me she could have someone there in the morning Am she did and the door got fixed I was very happy thank you John

These guys did such a great job. It was quick, easy, and hassle free. I was very pleased with both workers who came out and my new door was installed sooner than estimated! Great work!

The service man was very attentive to getting my door repaired and ensure it was of the highest quality when completed. He was very professional and maintained communication throughout the repair. He had to come back to my home several times due to additional issues found during the initial call. I would use your service again.

Called with an opener issue. They said they would send someone out the same day. The serviceman called back soon after and tried to walk me through a repair so I could save the service call. It didn't work so the serviceman came out promptly and in a few minute had a small part (sharks tooth) installed and it fixed. Great service, reasonable prices. I will call them again when needed.

i called after the new door was installed. i asked about receiving an id number or other number that i could complete the registration form for precision door. i still have not received that number.
i guess asking for a number is tough there

I had just gotten home from a week's vacation. I had left my car in the garage, while I was gone. The garage door would not open. I had errands to run and I did not have a clue who to call, when I opened up the telephone book to find a garage door repair I noticed the "Better Business Bureau" sign down in the left hand corner of the yellow pages advertisement for "Precision", overhead garage door service. I decided to try you because of the "BBB" in the corner. I called the telephone number and in no time someone was out from your company ready to fix my problem. Within a short time, my garage door was opening and shutting and the job was done.

The door works very well and I am ready to tell anyone, who to call if they run into needing their garage door fixed.

A 12-14 foot NEW garage door opener belt drive is still in my garage after being left here by an installer. Called twice to have it removed. No one showed up. The item will not fit in my trash and cannot be broken down.

The service gentleman was in his way home on a Saturday and stopped for what I'm sure he thought would be an easy fix but to his surprise had to replace everything:) he did it with a smile and even left us with a brand new can of the lubricant he recommended. Door is extremely quiet and the customer serviice was amazing!!!
