Fast and efficient. Very friendly. New door is quiet, Nice!!!

the gentleman that came out originally to see what my problem was with my garage door was excellent and very thorough. The door I ordered came into stock much sooner than expected and the install team was fabulous. I am having a little trouble with my door at times, but will plan on calling the company to see if they can trouble shoot my problem.

Marshall was very polite and answered all of my questions. He completed work on time and as promised. He is a customer service oriented individual.

As I described the issue potential work was suggested and I went with it however, this did not fix the issue. That said what was completed was going to need to happen sooner or later.

Turns out I could have saved money had I gone to another place. The person who installed it was not professional at all. Parts were left all over my garage and there were other issues. I would never use this company again.

When the technician showed up and communicated the estimate it differed from what we had understood from our phone conversation. On the phone when scheduling the appointment it was not made clear that there was a service charge/trip charge whatever you call it on top of the tune up which we had requested. This literally doubled the cost of service.

The actual service was also a let down...the tech simply sprayed lubricant all over the hinges and rollers...I could have done that and not paid someone $100 to do it. I also probably would have been careful enough not to let it drip all over my car, something I can't say for the tech since I had lubricant down the back window of our SUV when they were done from when he raised the door with the hinges dripping wet.

No adjustments were made to the door, so we don't have that good as new type feeling. Overall, I'm actually much more disappointed than my ratings suggest and I will not be recommending or returning to Precision Door.

I didn't like all the strong upsale techniques. All I wanted was the broken spring replaced.

Once the spring was replaced, the door wouldn't cycle. The service tech said that he would adjust the limit switches and check the gears on the opener for an additional $170. I am not sure how changing the spring suddenly caused the limit switches to be grossly out of adjustment. I said, no I wasn't going to pay an extra $170 so the tech left and I had to figure out the opener issues on my own.

Very frustrating.

I have asked twice now for the invoice...at this time I have not received it. I need the invoice for the warranty.

I compared and shopped around before making my decision to go with Precision Garage Door of Salt Lake City. Precision Door has the best warranty - meaning they back up their workmanship. The price was right in the same ball park, or less expensive than the others, but the warranty was what made my final decision. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have already--and will continue to recommend them to my friends, family and neighbors.

My opener is so quiet. I love it. The old one sounded like a jet landing in the garage. The serviceman was quick and efficient. I have no complaints. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I also like the LED lights instead of regular light bulbs.

I thought the overall experience was good, however I felt the person who sold the door to us didn't give us all of the possible options and only wanted to sell us rather then help us. This is why I will not recommend your company to anyone else.

The overall experience was a very good one The door was installed quickly and I am pleased with the look and performance. There is on minor issue that I have meant to call about on the top right corner of the second panel there is a spot where the paint appear to be rubbed off. It looks like something that may have occurred during shipping. I am wondering if you have matching touch-up paint that could be used to fix this.

Very responsive, good time to service. Product is excellent so don't need a lot of service.

You arrived to replace a broken spring on a non-broken door. You left me with a new spring, but a newly broken door.
