It was not apparent when I purchased this tea that it was a powder, likely what is left on the table after the leaf tea is bagged. When I placed the order, it was for the Dimbula Orange Pekoe, and what I received was a powdered version of the tea. Not very satisfying.

I can imaging some customers being very satisfied with the products and service, but this being my first purchase from this company, and after receiving what I consider to be an inferior grade of tea (powdered Orange Pekoe), I am not very satisfied.

I did receive my order and have been enjoying the spices and tea very much. I wasn't sure about the tea's fine grind when I first opened it but I am officially hooked on this tea. I like my tea robust and this definitely fits the bill - with no bitterness. I am very pleased with the spices as well; finding ways to increase my consumption of these very healthy spices. I have nothing but good things to say about your products
