The chinstrap I received doesn’t look like this. There’s no back of the head part to the chinstrap I received. The chinstrap I received just goes around the head and chin.

The picture does not match what I received, but it does seem to work. I just received it yesterday and used it last night. It was the first time in a very long time I got green smiley faces for mask seal. It's somewhat awkward to put on, the one shown here looks more user friendly. I would rather had it!!!

I don't have any issues with DSH providing my CPAP needs. They are always friendly and go out of their way to help me with my needs. They called and talked to me about my mask seal issues and came up with a solution. I think it will work (only had it to use one night), but my mask seal was not an issue.

Not impressed with this style. Fall of easily and a ctually it has come off a few times in the middle of night. I have actually resorted to wearing it under my mask.

these straps do not stay in position well and must be adjusted several time during the night I do not believe they are a good product and will not be purchasing them in the future
