I wrote an email to Beachstore.com complaining about all the strings hanging from the umbrella. Apparently the strings/threads are from the fabric edging that needed to be cut before the umbrella trim was sewn on.

I tried to reach Beachstore.com by phone and no one answers. I wrote an email through the website and no one has reached out to me. Your customer service operation is non existent!
