Our first watch, the band broke in less than 3 months. I took off the straps to find part of the holes broken. They claimed it was our fault and so we had to purchase a new one. It was supposed to ship in two days. Two weeks later it still isn't here, and I'm being told to wait for it to arrive. Angelwatch- don't ship your items USPS! Too many things get lost, stolen, or just take forever to arrive. Also, the app is NOT user friendly.

I am having issues with the SIM card insertion point. It is a very tedious process to get this thing set up. I am hoping to get a refund or a replacement watch in a timely manner and this was a Santa gift! :-(

Exactly the type of watch my husband needs! He has dementia and with his health condition comes the fears of possibly becoming lost. The GPS functionality means I could find him. It also has fall alert and other safety functions. Worth every penny.
