The watch took nearly two weeks to arrive. Apparently they ship from China. Received the watch without a SIM card, which is supposed to be included. The first customer service representative I spoke with indicated that the SIM card was shipped in the package and essentially suggested that I lost it. After I emailed back saying that there was no SIM card included in the package, a second, different, customer service representative messaged me and indicated they were shipping a SIM card. It has been 10 days since my correspondence and still no SIM card, which means we cannot use the watch. It has been nearly a month since I bought the watch for my daughter - I still am unable to use the watch because no SIM. A note about the watch itself. It’s massive. My kid is six and average weight and height. This watch is gigantic on her wrist. She doesn’t seem to mind but the pics on the website are misleading. Overall disappointed with this company. If they didn’t have such a lousy return policy, I would have returned and just bought an Apple Watch. Buyer be warned.

Overall disappointed with this company. The watch was shipped to me without a SIM card. The first customer support service representative I spoke with essentially suggested that I lost the SIM card. A second customer service representative did end up saying she would ship a SIM card out. That was over 10 days ago, and I still have not received the SIM card. I bought the watch nearly a month ago and I'm still unable to use it. The watch face is massive. The images on the website are misleading. If the return policy with this company were not so lousy, I would've already returned and just bought an Apple Watch. Buyer be warned.

It's a good product and does what it says it does. Easy to set up and start, all functions working fine. The battery lasts only 2 days without recharging. Best would be to recharge it daily. The app is also ok, a bit of time needed until understood how must be set up. The only thing that I consider as a necessary improvement is the possibility to get directions to the kid watch without SOS.

The watch is ok. It does more than most kids smart watches do. However, it relies heavily on GPS tracking which doesn't always work well between the app on your smart phone and the watch. We had very frustrating issues with the watches setup as it would not detect our phones and it would show that the 4G network it is connected to is offline. The watch is automatically setup to show the location in Asia (China) and will reset the location settings if you setup the location wrong during you initial setup. Additionally, the customer support is not adequate for the amount of watches sold. They rely on email and text responses over phone support as their service hours are limited between 8am and 2pm MST, which is problematic for someone who works. The Representatives are nice and friendly and will help as much as they can, but the overall support is lacking. My wish is that smart watch technology will eventually take kids watches seriously and work more like the adult smart watches. This is step in right direction, however, they seriously need to address their service issues.

They don't have the infrastructure to support the product as well as the other larger companies that make smartwatches. You are given a week to trial the watch and return for full refund, however, you only get phone support between 8am and 3pm Monday through Friday and they don't have a system that places you into a queue, but instead will prompt you for a callback the next business day. Most people work and can't take several minutes to get assistance with setup. So their main support comes from text/email responses which are even more frustrating to deal with.

Very good product and GPS works well. Slightly large for a child’s hand, but it is a great product.

Everything works and my kids love it! They are 5 and 6 years old, text me, send me voice messages, send me pictures of themselves, call me and video chat me so easy. These messages are through the app so you message them back through that app. When they call you it will call your actual phone but to call them you need to call them through the app. But make sure you’re number is in their contacts and phonebook in the app so the watch recognizes you instead of blocking you like a stranger. SOS works, their watch calls me so I can talk to them right away and sends me a text of their location at the time the SOS was pressed. They also text each other too with the friend feature. The battery life is really good. It lasts 3 days with shut down at night and they voice chat us and each other throughout the day. This battery life is also considering I have their location set to checking every 10 mins. It’s easy to set up and affordable. But the monthly plan is changing and I fortunately got the $10 1gb with 1000 mins just in time. The mobile service company changed the plan to $10 for 500mb and 500 mins for future customers with the ATT Redpocket plan it comes with. I noticed once they changed the plan on me their service was not as good on their watches. But I got ahold of them to grandfather me into the plan I originally bought and it went back to normal. Another problem is I will get alerts that my child left the geofencing I set up even though they are right next to me. So that can be a scary thing to get that alert if they are somewhere else like school and it says they left school. But thankfully you can give your kid a call to double check.

It's a great price but does glitch with geofencing and acquiring their location. It takes a long time to get their location when you're trying to look for it on the spot.
