Does what it does very well. The app can be overwhelming and could use a refresh of the UI. But otherwise, it works and that’s what’s most important.

Waste of money. Can’t login to the app or website periodically to track the watch. Service is horrible and I live in a very populated area. The fact that it only comes with a 7 day return policy is a clue right there that this watch is total junk. If you care about your kids don’t buy this watch.

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve been having login/connection issues. For sure if you can’t do either of those, you wouldn’t be able to use the watch properly.
First off, to clarify, you can only find the watch using the Angel Watch app- not the website. Your account on the website is your store account only.
We’d love to help you get everything working and have you see just what Angel Watch can do. The watch comes with a 7 day home trial and beyond that, we guarantee your watch for a full year beyond that to ensure that you have a watch that works perfectly well- just as you expected it, free from manufacturer defects.

The app needs a lot of work. My kid thinks it's cool but doesn't want to wear it. Otherwise, functions as expected.

Quite a few steps to set up but no issue other than I had to call my bank to release Mastercard to let Red Pocket Mobile sim card activation /monthly plan purchase to go thru. Also daughter scratched screen in two spots on day 2 which is disappointing.

They really don't explain how all the features work. Or how to run the watch. The app is missing some of the featured promised on the website.

Great way to keep track of your young ones while at the same time allowing them some freedom to venture out. Wish the GPS was a little more accurate.
