So far so good seems to work as expected. Battery lasts a full day however app will occasionally say phone is offline when its getting full 4g bars

Watch works good, battery lasts a day or more. Easy to set up especially if using the included SIM card and cell provider. The parent app needs work as it will occasionally say phone is offline when the watch has full 4g bars

I only had the watch for about 2 months and parts are already falling off of it. It is cheaply made and the company is trying make me pay about 50% of the cost for a replacement. I am sure this is a commom issue since the warranty conveniently doesn't cover from "external damage." In my opinion this isn't external damage but the watch seems to be defective. The watch should not be falling apart this early. If I could give the watch zero stars I would. I am going to cancel my service. DO NOT BUY!!!

Would love for the features to work all the time GPS gets lost sometimes and battery life is not so good wish it lasted 2 days like cellphones.

I got this to monitor my 3-year olds days at school. This watch is so worth it! I gave 4 stars simply because the durability of the watch band is not what one would expect after having spent almost $200. My daughters watch band broke at the the point where the watch pin was so I replaced it with a fabric velcro band that so far is working out extremely well! My kiddo 1) loves the watch, 2) keeps it on all day. I can drop in and listen to what's going on, take photos remotely and see her general movement if she is with a family member. She loves being able to independently contact her dad, sister, grandparents, aunts and uncles as well as video chat. The only negative to this watch is the durability of the watchband, other than that it is WORTH every penny, the band can be easily and quickly be replaced with minimal effort or frustration.

The wait for the watch was unexpected. I waited for two weeks and contacted customer service, I was informed one week it was being shipped by the end of the week, waited and no watch, I contacted them the following week and was informed it would be shipped that week, thankfully it was and I received it about 3 days later. I think this is a great product and worth the month, though the bands are not very durable unfortunately.
