I placed my order in January I received an email last month from the company stating I could not get a refund basically they were broke and my account was on hold and they did not know when they would begin trying to make my aligners. I have tried to get in contact for a refund and there is no live representative to talk to.

Hope I can get a receipt from the orthodonist you use to turn into my insurance company.My mouth was to small for original forms, so within a few days you sent them to me. After that very little correspondence. I never had a box to send forms back , address or anything. I need some help. I have my impressions
ready to go for months. I understand the Pandemic, these mad e or I need my money back.

Hope it works out as well as signing on and paying. Have tried to submit imprints but has not worked so far. This COVID thing has not helped. Will continue when possible. Or ask for a refund!

Online website is very simple to navigate, paid in full. Now waiting for the impression kit to arrived. From ordering the impression kit to get my aligners kit took less than a month. Everything is been great I'm on my 5 tray already from 20 tray total.
