Customer service was wonderful but now I don't know if this company is in business or not in business. I just started treatment, what happens if I need help? What do I do? Who do I contact? Do I get a refund since your company is not in business anymore and there is no guidence.

It has been a good experience overall. The chat line staff is helpful and friendly.
However response time with email queries is a tad bit slow.

My upper retainer split after a year of use.
I ordered a new impression kit to fit for new retainers and it is very very difficult to get the former without professional help.

Good. My top teeth look perfect. My bottom teeth better but still not right and I am done with the aligners. Guess I have to live with them. I had cancer and a side effect they don't tell you about is your teeth rotting out because of chemotherapy. I lost a lot of teeth causing the others to move forward.
Also, I purchased the $1,600 set for my daughter and got no credit for either recommending her or paying for hers.

The aligners are working well. Love that I can do this without having to schedule visits with an ortho every week. Couldn't be more convenient.

My only complaint is how long it took for my products to get to me. i understand however that making the aligners can be a lengthy process. My information was lost after going to a scan shop, and it would have been nice to have seen more empathy and effort from the customer service. Other than that, i have loved my experience with smile love. you guys are great and i am enjoying my aligners.

ultra slow support, delivered to the wrong address twice even after me correcting it. I'm at the last set and there's 2 teeth terribly misplaced so I can barely chew. Support hasn't replied for a week.
