I had to wear my first set of aligners half way until it moved my teeth enough to fit. I find it hard to believe that this was due to my teeth moving that much since the molds were done. Considering the fact that there is only a missing tooth in one side over every bottom aligner, and I have a tooth missing from both sides of my bottom jaw, I found there is definitely a manufacturing error with mine.

Packet 19 through 23 the last five packets only have the bottom aligners in it the top liners are missing. What's up with that?

The only problem I had was not being able to contact anyone at the company in any way on the day I did my impressions...which was the only & most important time that I needed help. So that's a big one. So far I am happy with the products but will have to wait to see the results. I'm glad I was able to get the impressions done correctly on my own without any help.

Well I a yet to get any actual retainers. I sent in all requested trays and was asked to resent impressions. Which I did redo and send. Then they requested I redo the photos. I have not sent the new photos yet do to illness. Is it possible to cancel for a refund?

Took about a month and a half to get the aligners but it looks like their doing their job. Customer service was alright to start with but now with COVID it is non existent.

I don't understand why it took 6 weeks to ship replacement retainers! It took so long for customer service to respond to my emails, and no one ever answered the phone. That is why 3 star rating. My teeth had moved so much by the time they arrived i had a lot of trouble getting them to seat completely
