smells great. easy to use. the only thing that annoys me is that when i add the glass tip on top, it's supposed to help shoot up the diffused oil and it partially does, but a lot of it leaks out the side. is that normal?

This is a Great buy! The craftman-ship exudes such a Wonderful energy from simply 'holding' the unit - as an empath it's easy to Feel the Care and Thoughfulness used in creating this unit, as it must be for the entirety of the product line. I chose this product over several others after much research, but especially after reading Organic Aromas' review on the various types of diffusers, their function, pros and cons which made complete sense. The price was indeed on the higher end but became negligible when the decision to make the purchase was finally decided upon. Thank you for this wonderful product and line - look forward to purchasing additional units.

Great product and I was really happy with it until I had to do it's first weekly clean - I diligently followed the directions provided but then it stopped working properly. I had to do a thorough clean to then get it operating correctly. It would have been helpful if there were some trouble-shooting directions either provided with the item or on the website.

I think it's good product especially for the value. I'm not sure if I can use aroma oils for this because all of the oils on this website essential oils. They say you should use thick resin oils, but I don't know about aroma oils.

Uses a lot of oil however does what it says it will do. I have a large family room with vaulted ceilings and use my diffuser on lowest setting and it is more than enough for the room. I’ve only had for a week or so but if it is mechanically sound I would buy again for sure.
