I am hopeful that these shades will meet my expectations. I would have liked the option to change my dimensions at the checkout phase instead of having to "remove" and then start over. Otherwise very user friendly!

When I made phone calls, the people could not answer questions about the products. The hours to call are limited. It would be nice to be able to edit a product that you put in the shopping card instead of starting over again. The check out site was extremely slow.

a friend owned a blind company, and their online service is Made Blinds! I ordered a bunch of blinds for other windows and am very happy with the outcome.

Poor experience with the return process. Will not order again due to the poor administrative end of this business. Shouldn't take 5 days to process a return of an order.
Also, not wanting to send to a business personal mail box is stupid. The UPS store will receive all sizes of boxes, no question.
