So far, great. Website is pretty good. The only place I see a problem is your upsell to motorized blinds. If I go to that page, it is wholly unclear how to buy motorized blinds from that page. I will give you 30 seconds of searching before I give up.

no indication on cost, what blinds can be motorized, anything. I would have possibly upgraded. It says to consider it, but the page is confusing. Am I supposed to go to another company? Figured there would be integration

After an extremely frustrating experience trying to go through the custom order process with Select Blinds, I looked for an alternative and found you. Love your website - it's uncluttered and appealing, and it's stable, by which I mean it doesn't freeze or crash, links aren't broken, weird messages don't pop up (like Select Blinds, and other shopping websites). In spite of my swatches not being sent out overnight like I ordered, I got such great customer service from Naomi - and with a shout out to Brian as well - that my overall experience was truly excellent. Good job, you guys! Oh, I should probably add, I just hate giving feedback and am probably only moved to do so about twice a year. Thanks for everything.
