How can I rate if I would buy from you again if I haven't bought or seen your product before? I have SIGNATURE BLINDS from Budget Blinds that need replacing. Trying to find out closest faux 2.5 inch blinds & closest in color to our walls which are Swiss Coffee color. Thank you

The site states free cordless by 10/31...however when the description of my order came up it states with cord...there was not any option to select cordless..please confirm they will arrive cordless. Thank you Lara

The 2 1/2" faux wood blind I wanted to order as cordless and with a tilt wand was not available due to the size of the window 70"w x 47"h. It would be nice to see a disclosure about the cut-off size for this option. I had to do chat for several minutes to find this out.

It is very hard to select "Continue Shopping to add another clind since it erases the previous. Also, there should be better pictures and explanation of the options (Scalloped, Valance Cassette, Fascia, ...)
