your signup system gave me the message "unable to create the account" twice. finally it did register me, but it didn't let me register using a different email address.

Just had trouble with the 10% off offer. It didn't apply to my whole order but should have because nothing in my order was on the "not including" list. We'll see how long it takes to get this resolved. Still didn't get the 10% applied or refunded. The blinds are really nice and we've had a lot of compliments on them too.

The return process was difficult to understand and Made Blinds fought us every inch of the way. Granted it was my fault that I ordered the wrong item. But, their website say no hassle returns and I was hassled. They don't keep you in the loop on how the return is going, you have to keep calling to get things done. My return was there a week and I had to call them to get them to process the return. I'm not happy with the way the back office handled everything. They were rude and didn't want to process my new order and my return. And be warned, there is no refunds, just exchanges.
