At Home in Rome
We spent 2 weeks in Greci on via dei Greci. The apartment is just like moving into a home. The furnishings are lovely, just what you would expect a Roman family apartment to look like. The apartment is situated half way between via del Corso and via Balbuino in the center of Rome's tourist area. Yet while there were crowds on Corso and Balbuino, via dei Greci was as quiet as being in the country-or almost, because it is located across the street from Rome's premier musical academy-the Academy Santa Cecilia. At times we could hear the students practising.I especially liked the pianist working to perfect Mozart's C major piano sonata and the string ensemble playing Schubert's Ave Maria. A wonderful unexpected treat. The kitchen is as well equipped as our kitchen at home (we have a cook's kitchen.) Typically, we cooked in one meal a day either lunch or dinner. We loved shopping for food in the Campo di Fiori but there are shops closer by including an organic market on via Vittoria, one block from the market and near our favorite cafe where we had coffee most mornings. Everything worked. Having the washer was great for the first part of a month's stay in Europe. The air conditioning cooled the apartment perfectly when needed.
The apartment is convenient to metro stops at Spagna and Flammino. It is a short walk to Villa Borghese, to the Piazza Venezia and the Forum.

We have spent a lot of time in Rome over the years. Our greeter was perfect (pun intended). She was at the apartment when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. She arranged a car to the airport on our departure day.This was our best stay ever. We will certainly stay in Greci again.

We stayed at the Nido loft apartment in Florence for 6 nights. The apartment was very spacious, open and airy. It had a small kitchen and a very good size bathroom. The furnishings were nice clean and comfortable. As far as the location, it was in the center of the city. All historic sites, shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. The service also was great. In addition to the staff in Florence, we particularly enjoyed working with Pat at Italy Perfect. She always took our phone calls, even when we called her from Italy and she answered all of our questions. We would strongly recommend Italy Perfect and staying in this apartment.

Casa Rossa is a great location to experience the Tuscany countryside and an ideal base for exploring Tuscany.

We spent 5 fantastic days in Tuscany at Casa Rossa. Our host, Francesco, greeted us and gave us some wonderful suggestions for nearby shopping, restaurants, and destinations. He was extremely accommodating and very interested in making our stay memorable. He grows grapes and olives on the property.

Casa Rossa was a great location for exploring Tuscany. It is remotely located, but central to Tuscany and all of our destinations were easy drives. The villa is very charming, comfortable and well kept. It is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The terrace is a wonderful place to start the morning or finish the day with a good local wine and some cheese.

The process of booking through Italy Perfect was smooth, and the instructions for our arrival were great. I would suggest a car with GPS navigation to get around, but there are groceries, restaurants, wineries close by and easy to get to.

Stayed 4 magnificent nights in Torella. Views from the bedroom of Duomo and Ponte Vecchio beyond words. Felt like we were in a castle. Apartment very comfortable. Kitchen sparse but good for cooking breakfast. Patio fabulous with views downriver. 10 minute walk to Duomo. Plenty of good restaurants and grocery nearby. AC and wifi worked very well. The communication with ItalyPerfect was flawless from reservation to check-in. Instructions for 1st time visitors to Italy very helpful. Would definitely stay in this apartment again and will most certainly rent from Italy Perfect and sister companies again.

The Angelina
This was our second visit to Rome using the Angelina apt. We choose this as it's location is central to so many things. Our greeter was there when we arrived and through. The elevator to the 6th floor is small but manageable and it beats climbing. We needed to use the air conditioning this time around, and it worked perfectly. The apt itself is extremely clean, tiny kitchen but who cooks that much on vacation. We used the washing machine, and while it takes small loads, it still is good. Would we stay there again? In a heartbeat!

Gracious Hosts; Fabulous Apartment!
Mikki and Franco met us at the apartment check-in; lovely couple who took time to hand markup a map of Florence with the apartment location as well as giving us the walking times to all the sights. They recommended 4 local restaurants (we tried them all and all were fantastic), each of which was great (both service and food). The apartment is spacious and in a perfect location. Attention to detail in the way the apartment operation manual is laid out (pictures and hand written captions on how all the stuff works. Little details like night lights on the step up and step down from the bedroom to 1 of the 2 great bathrooms indicate a lot of thought has gone into the apartment.

Indeed Italy Perfect
All we can say is that our 35 days in Florence was indeed "ItalyPerfect". Our goal was to become residents of Florence and this was accomplished beautifully. The apartment was better than even expected. There wasn't one thing that we looked for that wasn't available to us, even scotch tape and scissors to mend our maps! We enjoyed the wonderful patio daily, and the outside unit for doing hand wash or using the washer was so convenient.

Guiliano and Fabio were wonderful. There were no issues, however, both gentlemen were available by phone when we had questions.

The detailed material you provided was excellent. Craig kept saying that Italy Perfect was the best organized travel partner we had ever experienced. The restaurants suggested, many we had visited previously, were terrific. We spent most meals out in the Oltrarno, just short walking distances from the apartment. Of course, living next to the grocery store and steps from the bakery were even more convenient than at home!

You will not be disappointed!
The tower bedroom is a spectacular treat. At night there is a panoramic view of the beautifully illuminated city monuments. The terrace is perfect for wine-o'clock. The apartment is small but very comfortable and the greeter was excellent. Five stars.

Perfect location in a fantastic city
The location of this apartment could not have been better. It was a short stroll to everywhere we wanted to see. The apartment I would describe as faded grandeur, original shabby chic. Two very large rooms which were very comfortable for both sleeping and sitting. Although it's noisy outside (as it is in the heart of the city where it never completely goes to sleep) the additional soundproofing around the window in the bedroom works a treat and you can barely hear anything. With the shutters closed it was light proofed too, so was a great environment for a good nights sleep. We had everything we needed for our stay in the apartment and our hosts were very friendly while being unobtrusive. Florence is a stunning city, and in this apartment you are in the best bit, no doubt.

Amazing stay at Torella
My husband and I loved Torella. It was clean, perfect location away from the crowds, great view and everything we needed for our time in Florence. We found a lot of character in the apartment with the 360 degree view in the bedroom, to the breakfast sitting area and outdoor patio. We always looked forward to coming home and having wine on the patio. We were concerned with the bathroom being down the narrow staircase from the bedroom, but it was never an issue. Bringing your luggage up and down the stairs at the beginning and end isn't easy, but it would never keep us from returning. We even enjoyed the old lift except for the one night it wasn't closed completely and we had to walk up the 5 flights. After all the food and wine, we probably needed it. Highly recommend Torella!!

Very good apartment with great wraparound deck

This apartment near the Plaza del Popolo is great for two couples or family with teens. A fair sized kitchen and two baths, a spacious living/dining room in the top floor of a quiet building,
it is great base near the Tiber. CLose to the Tram and subway but just removed enough to leave the bustle of the crowds. There is covered outdoor market on Via Flamino that offers all you need to make a full Roman dinner. We would recommend the apartment to friends.

Perfectly lovely apartment with wonderful view!
We stayed for four glorious nights in Marino and would love to be back anytime. It had everything one needed or could want, including a very comfortable bed with skylight that could be opened for lovely Grand Canal air and light or closed and blackout shade with a remote as was the one in the kitchen, which was well stocked. The bath is huge and everything you could want, including a view of the little canal alongside the building and Campo Barabus, with great restaurants and cafes.
The living room has wonderful views of historic Ca' Rezzonico, open to the public by the city as a perfect example of a canal palazzo and having concerts and a lovely garden that can be accessed freely.
The charming balcony off the living room with views of the Grand Canal and even the Campanelli in Piazza San Marco was better than photos express.
The greeter was charming and informed and was waiting for us next door by the Valparetto stop and walked us over the charming little bridge to the historic building that the top floor apartment is in.
Just thinking back on our stay there makes me nostalgic to be there tomorrow!

Fabulous Florence
This is the most perfect location I could ever hope for. Have stayed in other neighbourhoods in Florence but The Prisco property is so beautifully central nestled into the narrow winding streets with lovely independently owned shops and restaurants while still being just steps from Tornabuoni shopping, fine dining and museums. Discovered Procacci, who have been selling all things truffles since 1885 while shopping for gifts to bring home - also offering lovely small truffle sandwiches and great wines (Tignanello by the glass!)
The high ceilings, arched double windows and huge chandelier in the living room of the Prisco apartment create a charming traditional atmosphere while the large kitchens was quite up to date featuring a huge, modern gas stove. But I didn't come to Italy to cook
Hosts Miki and Lorenzo were very accommodating and always accessible.

Beautiful Apartment
This is a beautiful apartment! Very spacious in a great location and the hosts were very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We spent two weeks living in the "little house" on Piazza de Bonsi, and loved every minute of our stay. Maurizio and Gabriella welcomed us warmly, and we happily settled right in. The house goes back many centuries, but it has been nicely renovated and is very comfortable. The upstairs bedroom is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The living room has a big dining table, and the kitchen is perfectly adequate for cooking if you wish. The neighborhood is lovely, but be prepared to walk up a fairly steep hill (Costa dei Magnoli) when you head home after a day visiting all the sights! The location is great, however, and you can walk to all the main tourist areas easily. The Casetta was always quiet at night, which we loved. You can see the tower of the Signoria from the lovely balcony upstairs. It was too cold for us to use it but we imagine it is heavenly in warmer weather. We felt it was a perfect stay and we'd happily go back any time.
