Perfect location and beautiful old-world apartment

We found the villa to be spotless, well stocked, and in the most prime of locations: in the middle of the Spanish Steps area and yet on a quiet street. We love having three bedrooms for two couples as it allowed us to stow bags out of our rooms. The owner left a beautiful basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. She was a delight to work with. The unit included CD's, guidebooks, fresh flowers...everything you could imagine wanting.

We loved Il Come Lait for gelato and Pizza and Mozzarella for the best slice in Italy. Pierluigi provided a magnificent lunch venue and the food was outstanding. We used Limos in Rome for our first day of touring.

I found Italy Perfect to be professional and very easy to work with on this booking.

Renata is a wonderful apartment. Very well located. You can go to the main Rome attractions on foot. But if you like you can stay in the neighborhood, which is plenty of restaurants and stores and it is also a nice place to walk.
The apartment itself is very comfortable and pleasant with two bedrooms and two bathrooms which made our stay of a couple and a 12 yr boy very comfortable.
The owner and the greeter made a very good job. No complains about that.
So, Renata apartment is a place to come back for sure.

Living the good life in the heart of Florence
We absolutely loved our stay in our apartment. So perfectly furnished and located that it was the perfect place to start and end our day while we stayed in Florence. The apartment was clean, well lit and very relaxing with everything you needed for the week. We were welcomed with a wonderful food and drink package that lasted thru the week. Having a washer and dryer was a welcome treat mid way through the week. We were so centrally located just steps from everything Florence had to offer, we even had our favorite restaurant and coffee shop located a few steps from the door. The hostess is also a art tour guide so we got great advice on what to see and where to eat that worked out perfectly. We are so pleased we stayed there and can't wait to return to our favorite city in Italy!

We and another couple recently spent a week at Flaminio and loved it! The location is great - close to stores and public transportation and within walking distance to just about everywhere. The apartment itself is lovely, comfortably furnished with an inviting wraparound terrace. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. A friend who has lived in Rome told us about Da Enzo, a small trattoria in Trastevere at Via dei Vascellari, 29. Everything we tasted there was absolutely fantastic. We highly recommend it. It is best to have reservations, but we showed up just before they opened at 7:30 and were lucky enough to get a table without one. This was the second apartment during our month-long stay in Italy that Pat helped us find, and her suggestions/comments were once again spot on. Thank you, Pat! A huge thanks also to our greeter, Gianluca, who could not have been more helpful!

A lovely stay at Pasquino
We loved our stay at Pasquino. It's a perfect location for exploring Rome, which we mostly did on foot. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and perfect for our family of four. There were many excellent restaurants within a quick walk, including our favorite gellateria, Frigidarium. Pat at Italy Perfect was a joy to work with.

Viva Apartment, Rome Italy
We were very satisfied with the accommodations. It was a small, and efficient apartment, perfect for 2 people, in one of the best locations in Rome! And, it was clean, and very well maintained!
It is easy to walk to all the major attractions, ie, the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. The location and surrounding area offered a safe environment, and many, many restaurants, bars, stores and beautiful attractions....way too many to attend to in 5 days!
We would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to our friends, especially if you want a home away from home. We always like to stay away from hotel rooms that don't offer the services like this apartment had to offer.
We want to thank our host for her professionalism and recommendations, and the doorman, who is a delight.

A Roman Holiday
This was our second visit to Rome and we so enjoyed this apartment the first time that we booked it again. The apartment is perfect for a couple and even has a loft with an extra bed if you need it for a third person or child. As a practical matter it is most well-suited for a couple.

The location is perfect, we walked to so many things in all directions. Taxis are queued up about 100 M. Away for further forays. The furnishings are well laid out and The kitchen, by American standards, is small but complete. We had no problem getting some groceries at the nearby store so that we had breakfast every day and even prepared a dinner or two. Our greeter was fantastic on all accounts and even made sure we had some staples on hand for arrival.

Italy Perfect was professional, prompt and answered any questions we had. You should take the time to read through the descriptions of the properties and the details on the website. It is most complete and really helps you understand your accommodation and best ways to enjoy it and the area. The pictures were a very accurate representation of the apartment.

We would definitely recommend using Italy Perfect and we loved the apartment we chose after studying their choices.

Roma - The beautiful

Our family had a great stay on our first time in Rome, thanks in great part to the lux and modern accommodations we experienced at the Greci apartment. Every morning we were greeted by soft piano music which came from the Santa Cecilia and every hour a gentle bell from the church next door would remind us of the passage of time. When you step outside you are surrounded by numerous churches, shops, restaurants. You cannot ask for more, in our humble opinion. Fresh groceries and flowers are near by and gelato that will spoil you for life are a must. Rome is a city that invites you to walk its stone streets, yet taxis are near by to take you if you need it. Our apartment was a wonderful quiet retreat from the busy streets. You can even enjoy a movie with the family in Italian (or English if you prefer) from the comfort of your couch. A very efficient and sturdy lift which hold a max of three people will take you to the 4th floor ( 3rd floor by Italian measures). Also, we strongly recommend the Rocco taxi transport which was very punctual and offered competitive rates. We will recommend Italy Perfect to our friends and family as we know they made the difference in our first vacation to Rome!!

Landini apartment

My family and I spent the first week of March in the Landini apartment in Rome. It was a great experience. The location could not have been better. On a small square with the lovely Renaissance turtle fountain, our building was somewhat secluded and had a feeling of privacy, and yet was only a short walk from the Largo di Torre Argentina, with its bus connections; the Pantheon; the Campo de' Fiori; and the Theater of Marcellus. We walked to Trastevere, the Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Capitoline Museum and the Forum. Although we didn't do it because it was raining, we could have walked to the Vatican. It is really a perfect location.

The apartment itself is very spacious, with a large living room and dining room and three good-sized bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en suite full bathrooms, while there is a third full bathroom across the hallway from the third bedroom. The furnishings are both elegant and comfortable, and the small galley kitchen is well-equipped. A spiral metal staircase in a corner of the living room leads to the roof terrace, which is huge and beautifully furnished. It is a lovely place to have a glass of wine at the end of a day of sightseeing. Near the entrance to the apartment is a large storage room that has a washer and dryer. The apartment is in a magnificent building with a wonderful, imposing staircase. (There is also an elevator). The master bedroom is on the interior courtyard and is therefore very quiet. The other two bedrooms open onto a street and could be a bit noisy if the windows were open.

We were greeted on our arrival by the very gracious owner of the apartment, who not only showed us all of the features of the apartment (such as how to use the washer and the television), but also gave us useful information about where to buy food and bus tickets.

We ate dinner at the apartment on most nights. One great discovery was Antico Forno Roscioli, which was about a five minute walk from our apartment, in the direction of the Camp de' Fiori. Besides having great breads, pizzas and pastries, it has an entire section with prepared foods -- actually, entire prepared meals -- with a different selection each day. The place itself is beautiful and the people are great and very good-natured. Roscioli also has a deli/small restaurant and a coffee bar, both of which we frequented.

In all, we had a very lovely and memorable vacation. This is the second time we have stayed at Italy Perfect apartments -- we spent a week in an apartment in Florence in 2016. Each time, we have been delighted by the location, charm and amenities, as well as by the gracious attention we received both from Pat at Italy Perfect and from the owner of the apartment. I am eager to stay in one of their apartments again.

Peaceful Time of Year

My wife and I have been to Florence dozens of times. The location of the Alcove apartment at Piazza S. Croce is great. We have stayed in this lovely old building a few times...during the hot summer, so we did not know how it would be in the winter (mid-March). What we found was warm and cozy inside the Alcove and crisp and breezy outside...with much fewer people on the streets, in the piazzas and in even the best restaurants at lunch.

This apartment, S. Croce Alcove, is exceptional. Well planned, delightfully furnished rooms with easy access to multiple bathrooms. Everything was immaculate. There is a small private balcony in the rear which I found useful as a get away occasionally.

A most pleasant week

My wife and I have rented numerous properties in Europe on vacation and the Prisco apartment ranks as one of the best. It was spacious, clean, very well equiped and beautifully located. The owners who welcomed us were extremely helpful with recommendations for places to dine nearby and shop for provisions. The bakery, vitually at the front door, was excellent. Overall, a wonderful time.

We've rented from Italy Perfect before and will do so again. We have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Pasquino...amazing

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic. Family of 4. Plenty of space to relax when we needed to. Top floor. The location turned out to be fantastic. Somewhat centrally located but just outside the tourist-y core enough to not have to deal with extensive crowds and noise. Felt like we were within a 20 minute walk of everything. The street the apartment is on has numerous restaurants and gelaterias. Also a grocery store that had enough of the basics for us. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I found everyone I dealt with Italy Perfect was nice and very helpful. This apartment and the preparation materials that Italy Perfect provided were essential to what ended up being our best family trip ever. I say that truly.

Our apartment was very comfortable and of a good size. Clean and well maintained. But what stood out the most was the view. We had an incredible view of the entire Santa Croce area and sitting on the patio at night was wonderful.
And if you want to be in good shape don't take the small elevator since walking up and down the 4-5 floors offset much of the eating we did.
Nice place and great location.
