Big, beautiful apartment
We recently stayed at this flat for the third time. It really adds to our enjoyment while in Rome.
The location is superb- very close to Piazza de Popolo, and then to the Spanish Steps. It is a half block from the river, yet the two streets close by are not super noisy.
The flat itself is in a great, quiet building. An elevator takes you up. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and huge balcony space. Perfectly maintained, perfectly clean.
I don't know anything about Rome real estate values, but I imagine that this is an extremely high end luxury flat. We feel very fortunate to be able to stay there.
Our previous stays were in the fall(the best time to visit Rome), but this most recent visit was in late July. Rome is very hot in July, and the AC was a great relief, it worked perfectly.
We have noticed that even though the neighborhood is only two or three blocks from Popolo, as you walk away from the Piazza, the tourist crowds evaporate. Within a half block towards this flat, you can dine and drink and not see another tourist. It is an upscale, professional area.

Magnifico lives up to its name. The accommodations were very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the covered balcony, its view of the colosseum area, and the breezes that moderated the high humidity. We also appreciated and used the air conditioning during this unseasonable warm time. After several weeks travelling in northern Italy, the in-unit laundry was one of the most welcoming aspects of this rental. The apartment was modern and clean. It has great views in all directions. The location was near the 'Colosseo' metro station, yet far enough away to be quiet at night. We bought 7-day passes and got good use of them on Rome's Metro and bus transportation systems. The library shelf full of Rome guide books was an unexpected plus.
Check-in and check-out at the apartment went smoothly. Beatrice was helpful and thorough.

Bellina a Beautiful Apartment
What a wonderful choice we made when we decided to stay in the Bellina Apartment in Rome. Bellina is centrally located in a small cobble stoned street between the Spanish Steps and Piazza Del Popolo in an almost car free area. We found it had walking access to most major tourist points of interest and there are two train stations within 100 mtrs. There is a taxi rank in the Piazza Del Popolo which we made use of to get to major attractions like the Colosseum and Vatican city however making use of a map we found it easy to walk back to our apartment from those locations. Well priced restaurants are abundant in the local area as is the shopping, both highend and affordable.
The apartment itself is very comfortable and we were surprised at how roomy it was, there was only two of us however it would have suited four people equally as comfortably, if you were happy to make use of the sofa bed in the lounge room. Bellina was well equipped with everything we could think of to make our stay enjoyable. We made good use of the air-conditioner during our summer stay in Rome, we followed the instructions to turn it off whenever we left the apartment and found the apartment remained cool upon our return. Our daily needs were met with access to the local supermarket a couple of streets away and there was a small convenience store next door.
We don' t think you could ask for anything more than what the apartment Bellina offers and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience an authentic, stress free and comfortable stay in Rome.

Great location and convenient apartment
The Apartment Bardi is in a great location on the Via Bardi at the foot of the Ponte Vechio in the old part of the city, just down the road from the Pitti Palace. Conveniently located it is within easy walking distance of most of the major sites. There is a grocery store immediately next door, both a self-service and assisted service laundries within a block. One of the best gelato shops in the city four doors down and two other gelato stores within two blocks. There are restaurants of many different type and price points across the street as well as in all surrounding blocks. The walk along the Arno is half a block down.

Now to the apartment itself. The bed is super comfortable. Unbelievably so for an apartment rental. The bathroom has an excellent shower and is very nice. The apartment is comfortable for two people.. The balcony is very pleasant and has a nice cover to make it private and keep out the sun. But, on a hot Florence summer day, the airconditioning is a huge treat. After coming home from long days of touring and walking through the huge crowds feeling rather dusty the apartment felt great.

The team at Italy Perfect was very responsive throughout our communication with them. We were greeted with no problem and all communication during our stay was excellent. We will rent from this company again, and would return to the apartment on returning to Florence.

We were greeted promptly and professionally by a very nice young man. The apartment was exactly as in the photos on line. The building is steps from an above ground rail line. We got used to this. The apartment is in a good location and walkable to everything. The AC worked well and kept us cool . A fun trip overall!

Perfect
As first time visitors to Rome in our mid fifties (why did it take us so long?), we found Angelina apartment was everything we expected and more. From the recommended limousine transfer straight to the door (even during the Giro Italia bicycle race) to iced limoncello (from the very useful bar fridge) on the rooftop terrace at sunset, and from morning sun on the long pansy-planter balcony to comfy lace-edged Italian (Frette) linen on the bed at night, this apartment exuded ambiance- La Dolce Vite! Supermarket around the corner is ideal (don't forget to weigh your own vegetables before going to the cashier) and although our greeter Guido offered to help and followed us up (which was outstanding service) we easily managed ourselves to send excess baggage home via the DHL office which is nearby, on the other side of Via Corso. We hope to stay again and would certainly recommend Angelina to our friends.

A fabulous location with a gorgeous apartment and friendly owner
We spent 6 nights at the Bardi residence in Florence and we can't say enough wonderful things about our apartment. To start, the owner Guiliano and his son Fabio could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The location of the apartment was so central and the apartment amenities were perfect. The space of this apartment was perfect for two people and it was clean and very comfortable. To top off this place it had a super market that had everything right next door to the apartment. As well there was a lovely coffee shop right across the street. We were walking distance from everything Florence has to offer and to top it off a wonderful terrace to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon and evening. I can't say enough about this place and would definitely recommend to anyone interested in a location that is central in Florence. Thank you again Guiliano and Fabio!

Maurizio's home is very nice and in a great location....just steps up the hill from Ponte Vecchio. Maurizio provided a detailed briefing on the home's operations and everything worked as described/planned. Our stay was exactly what we were looking for and will return again!

Wonderful...
We stayed at Divine Dante for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. The villa is located outside of Florence, close to Fiesole, and is absolutely beautiful. Situated on beautifully landscaped, lush grounds the hundreds years old villa was recently(+/- 2 years ago) renovated and has modern conveniences/luxury in an old world setting. We loved the villa and it's spacious, very comfortable bedrooms and en suite bathrooms all on 2nd or 3rd floors. The main floor was beautiful with a very modern, efficient kitchen, large dining room, and sitting rooms, laundry, and a porch. The entire property was very tasteful and well appointed.
There is a very helpful, professional house manager who made beds, cleaned rooms, prepared coffee, and was an excellent resource for the villa, the neighborhood, and for Florence.

Fantastic!
What a terrific property! Pasquino is first of all located perfectly. It's a 20 minute walk to either the Vatican or the Coliseum. About 10 minutes to the Pantheon. Never needed cabs or public transportation. It's tucked away in a small piazza with loads of shops and restaurants. Noise was never a factor even on a Saturday night. This was our first trip to Rome and we were intrigued to find it a culture not of main boulevards but of alleys all creating a maze of restaurants and shops to explore and enjoy. Recommend Virginiae restaurant close by. The apartment itself is very spacious and well appointed. Very nice kitchen where we cooked breakfast each morning. Good small grocery very near. Matteo, our greeter, communicated promptly and was waiting for us when we arrived from the train station. This was our 2nd experience renting from Italy Perfect as we also rented an apartment from them in Florence. They are perfect to rent from - terrific, professional and complete communication from reservation to check-in. Very helpful for first time travelers to Italy. We will definitely rent from Italy Perfect and its sister companies again.

Very comfortable-we had everything we needed.
Our family of five was very comfortable in Dorato. The location was perfect for us, a few minutes walk from the crowds of Rialto and San Marco and very close to public transportation. We took a day trip to Lido and enjoyed the beach which was a special treat. Evelyn was extremely responsive and helpful with everything we could need help with. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I can't say enough good things about our apartment in Florence, our trip was fabulous and the location of this apartment was ideal. Really one of the best locations and best vacations ever.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL
The place was amazing, It was so hot and the air conditioning worked great. We all slept very well. Used the cloths washer. Excellent location....so close to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Borghese and just a little further to the Ghetto. Would definitely use this place again.
