Elegante
Having been to Rome many time I decided that when bring my family of 10 along with me I would like them to experience Rome as a local. Since we were traveling during the summer months I want to be away from the crowds of tourists. I could not be happier with my choice of location in the Prati. We had great restaurants, shopping, the Mercato all within easy walking distance and the best gelateria across the street. We could also walk to most major sights.
Our apartment was as the name states Elegant and extremely large and impeccably clean and well-furnished I would not hesitate to recommend experiencing Rome as a local in the Prati area

Amazing, charming and ideally located.
Could not have made a better choice. Within walking distance to everything yet tucked away in a charming area with nearby shops and dining. Secure and quiet with friendly personnel on site. All necessary amenities are provided. Highly recommend.

Very nice place with great view of Coliseum. Anna was very helpful on arrival. Well furnished with classy decor. Stayed cool during hot days.

The perfect place for our first trip to Florence
The first thing you will discover with Casetta Bonsi is the incredible location, right in the heart of Florence. It's perfectly hidden away off a little side street which ensured plenty of privacy during our stay, yet we were mere moments from stunning Ponte Vecchio - definitely one of the most photogenic spots in the city.

The moment you walk into the main living area you will find a comfortable sofa, dining table, and TV. The aircon was particularly welcome during our hot July stay. The owners have really considered everything for the perfect vacation: from the useful maps and guidebooks, to the very thoughtful (and delicious!) gift of biscuits on our arrival. On the first floor, along with a very comfortable bedroom, you will find your very own balcony which is a great place to relax and soak up the atmosphere. We recommend having a glass of wine at sunset before you head out for dinner.

We could not have wished for a more lovely home away from home during our vacation, and will certainly be booking again with Italy Perfect!

Spacious apartment with wonderful patio in perfect location
We booked Spagna for our family of 4 based on the 3 bedroom/bathroom setup and outstanding location. We have used this service before and they do a great job with setting you up in the apartment, but also in helping arrange transportation. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable for us as each of our teen children had their own bedroom and bathroom while we had our own suite with jetted tub. The apartment is huge and we loved the large giant patio where we listened to music streaming in from the street each evening, which added to the charm. The building is beautiful and quiet while perfectly located. We started and ended each day in the lovely Piazza di Poppolo, where the taxis convene, just a short walk on a street closed to cars, but lined with musicians, excellent shopping and outstanding restaurants. The location is ideal, with the Vatican City, Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain all within walking distance. The Spagna apartment was a perfect home for our week in Rome.

Beautiful apartment, great location
We spent 5 wonderful days in Venice. The apartment is beautiful, offering stunning views over the entire city from the roof terrace and the balcony terrace. It is situated in a quiet area, yet very central. We could walk to San Marco square, the Rialto bridge, the Accademia, Fundamente Nove, from which the vaporetto departs to Murano. There are shops close by to buy bread, fruits, cheese and sausage, as well as a small supermarket. There are good restaurants in the neighborhood. We highly recommend this address to experience the Venitian way of life.

Sabini Stay
This was a very good place for my family of 5. The location was very close to the historic sites of central Rome. The unit itself, though not extremely spacious, had everything that we need. It was completely up to date and functional. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Rome.

Great Location and Comfortable Living
We were very pleased with this apartment located just a few minutes from the Duomo and within easy walking distance of sites on both sides of the Arno River. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The hosts were quite gracious and friendly. What we appreciated most was being about to come back in the afternoon to rest up after our morning's experiences, skip the heat of the afternoon, as well as the crowds, and then head out again in the evening. The bakery and coffee shop, as well as the Pam grocery, all within a block, were also appreciated.

Beautifully decorated, quiet, comfortable, good location, great A/C, lovely patio. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Apartment in Ideal Location
Everything about my experience with Italy Perfect was exceptional. The booking and check-in processes were very smooth and well-organized. The apartment is located in Piazza di Pasquino, which is an adjacent to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. It is very nearby major thoroughfares of downtown Rome, but tucked quietly into a very quaint neighborhood of small shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was very spacious, with more than enough room for my family of 5. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the mattresses were all extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate to book this unit again.

Roma is very much a walking city and this apartment is central to everything but still tucked away from crowds. We stayed with a 2 year old and managed to walk everywhere and see all the big ticket destinations no problem. The apartment is styled very nicely and laid out well with everything you need. We have had hot weather in our week here and the apartment was always refreshingly cool when we returned. It is a ground floor and doesn't get direct sunlight but is still nice and light. Just behind the apartment is a maze of quiet little crooked streets with restaurants filled with Italians/locals. You feel like you are on a set of an Italian movie. It's amazing. Hospitality was perfect, so friendly, helpful and caring. Communication was fantastic. This is where I will come back to next time in Rome. If I can't get this apartment I would definitely get one in this location. 10/10

Wonderful Stay
Stayed at three properties during this vacation and this was the best and the only one that I would stay again. Met by the owners who were charming and very helpful. Apartment was beautiful, well-furnished and comfortable. It was very warm in Italy and this apartment is air conditioned. This is something I take for granted but the other apartments I stayed in were only partially air conditioned or not at all. The Prisco property is in a wonderful location. Easy walk to train station, shopping, great restaurants, sightseeing. Most comfortable for two people but can accommodate more.

Lovely, comfortable apartment with a great location. The restaurant across the street and the one on our side of the street on the corner across from the church served such delicious food we returned to both again and again. On our side of the street to the right as you go out the door was a shop that served the most delicious sandwiches. Easy to walk to all of the sights and shops and we visited nightly the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon as they were so close. The bonus for me was the two Bernini angels in the church the street is named for. The kitchen was small but wonderfully efficient and well furnished, I was grateful our greeter left milk for us so we could immediately settle in with a cup of tea.

Felt like being part of the neighborhood
My daughter and I stayed at this convenient apartment. The bus stop is right around the corner. Clean and bright, would stay there again
