I thought I was receiving multi colored letters but received just rainbow letters. I didn't open the box until just now because I didn't want my daughter to see that I ordered her the sign. I chose multi color but all the letters are solid in color except for the cupcake

The item I was interested in was out of stock so I called and spoke with Judy. She suggested that I send an email denoting what I wanted and that I was a previous customer. Later that day Judy emailed and called me to let me know that the item I was interested was back in stock and shipping out as soon as I provided the paperwork and credit card. Great customer service from Judy!

We found Vispronet after extensive internet research. The quality of the product for the price is fantastic. Normally, I learned that during this pandemic, they are operating with less than half the manpower! Couple that with increased demand for yard decorations and it has to be tough. I had two orders that sort of slipped through the cracks; however, I called customer service and BOTH times, the women went above and beyond to 'make it all happen!' The level of customer service professionalism was impressive to me!! I work in sales and have seen lots of good and lots of bad - here - 5 stars ladies and much appreciated!!!

The customer service is wonderful and has a quick response time. The signs are good quality. We have overall been happy with our vipronet experience.

Great product! Everyone wanted to know where we purchased the letters from. I would recommend Vispronet and I would use purchase from here again.

Great product!

We got them for my daughter’s quarantined 21st birthday. We had a drive-by parade and they worked out perfectly!! She loved them and everyone wanted to know where we got them. Delivery was on time just as they said it would be. I would recommend Vispronet and this product!!

The letters look great and they are good quality.

I signed up for newletter to try to get the 10off and was not given the 10 off. I feel like that was a trick.

Frustrating that the Etsy site differs from company site. I found the company site to be a little cumbersome. I called and spoke with a live person on a previous order who was friendly and helpful. I called twice on this order and spoke with a live person (Heather) who was equally friendly and helpful but unfortunately I could not place my order through a person. specifically I had mistakenly put 2 orders in my cart but only wanted 1. I could not delete one and had to start over. however, I must commend you for the fast responses and good communication I had with your staff!

I phoned in to confirm shipping time frame. The rep was very helpful and delightful to speak with. A great experience.

Without the amazing support of your customer service person Lynsey I would have struggled with the online ordering process. Lynsey kept me on track, calm and helped resolve some of the technical issues we had (i.e. Kept billing me for shipping even when I chose my Fed Ex acct, kept defaulting to my BILL TO address and not my SHIP TO person the order needed to go to. Lynsey was able to resolve all my issues in real-time. Without her ... I would have thrown in the towel!
