I had a problem with my order. When I contacted Vispronet they handled it very professionally and did what was necessary to fix the problem and ship me out my banner in time for my show. I was very impressed with how they handled the problem and got me out of a jam!

I sent email online to find a product that turned out to be new and not yet on the website. I received a callback, and ordered a sample - it arrived the next day! After vetting the product, we ordered a larger number and it also arrived the next day. Great and friendly service!

All was fine. Like clock work, really. We had some problems uploading the file. But after that solved, everything was great, and the roll-ups worked beautifully. We'll be back for more..

Bought a flag for my business and am super happy with print and hardware quality. Nothing like the cheap flag I had before. I paid a friend to do professional graphics for my business. This product will help my store increase foot traffic. Price was the best I could find and with the two day production I met my desired in hands date. I will order some of those custom cut yard signs next. Update to follow.

My impression is that you just need better communication with the consumer since everything is online. When order, submitting, approval and change request. The communication was horrible. I also had to call in every single time to make sure that my request were received, approved and accepted. Which I think Evan thought I was crazy. I also had to call to make sure that the item was in production and shipped. Horrible online ordering experience. Not user friendly.

Overall, the item was excellent and pricing was great. If I did not have Evan to call on I would have cancelled the order immediately. Ordering definitely not so easy and made me worry during entire process. I was not sure I was going to get the item I paid for in advance. My vendor bill me after I have received the item and that is preferred with large companies accounting department.

The ordering process requires a bit of sorting through, but the pop ups regarding the many options available are very helpful! The customer loved the banners - both the quality if the hardware and the quality of the printing!
