Little frustrated with having to cancel the order for sign stakes. The product itself cost less than what I have now, I couldnt even find the actual cost of the stakes, but at the end the shipping was more than the whole order put together adding an additional$250 from where it is right now with ship. Thats not right or good business. It actually forces me to go through other competitor sites to find a better deal for that alone, good way to lose business. Im sure there is good old ground ship for $50 or so.

Fast shipping & a great product! The only thing that would make the experience better would be to offer more options for shapes with the custom letter such as being able to match the balloons or stars with the letter color choices.

Your shipping prices are outrageous. IT was going to be $95 to ship one flat yard sign and 4 mini flat flags. Once I deleted the sign it went down to $23 for Ground shipping of a product that can fit in a large envelope. My original flag shop is closed due to covid so this was my only option. Feel taken advantage of a bit.

Shopping experience was fantastic! Had an issue with both my credit card and artwork (from my end), so had to call customer service. They were EXTREMELY helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. Order went through without a glitch, service was speedy and allowed me to get back to my day much quicker than I had anticipated. Oh, and much to my delight, I didn't have to wait on hold for assistance! Someone answered both my of my calls immediately!!
