Viewing the website and finding templates is a great experience. Ordering is easy too - very thorough and each step clearly outlined. While I found it annoying that I had to pay for professional proofing, I understand that step is necessary since you would not need to do that for re-orders. The timeline is speedy and a professional-looking item is sent. I would definitely recommend Vispronet.

Project well done

It took my representative forever to answer my questions. He took forever to type a single sentence and I had to ask multiple times the same questions because he wouldn't answer.

The sign worked great! Very happy with the quality, fast turn-around, and straight-forward pricing. Everything was done as promised. We will definitely be a return customer, and I have already referred others here.

Overall good, but your template art is horrible. Small and then requiring 800 dpi, when we could design full size and not such a high dpi.

One client bailed on your company and went and paid more to a local vendor since the template issues never ended. They used our original art and it was brilliant.

A second project went much better not using your templates at all. Most firms don't have the capacity to work in professional graphic software programs so this could be a huge barrier to new clients and opportunities.

We had to order tablecloths for tradeshows with different logos on different colored tablecloths. Customer Service was able to help me get the order entered, verify the artwork, and get the billing handled with no problem. They have been prompt and helpful throughout the process.

Using the templates are confusing and lack details. I had to call to get advise. My first attempt sending art failed. The details that were available after the attempt helped.

My experience was great and my product end result was awesome, I got just what I wanted. Evan was wonderful in helping me get the exact look I wanted.

My biggest issue was with the downloadable templates and guidelines for creating and submitting graphics.

I built my files in Adobe InDesign CC. The directions specifically said to place the template in a document that was larger than the template. However, when I sent the files, I was told to shrink the document measurements to touch the bleed lines, which was not how I understood the directions.

Also, I had an issue submitting files with embedded images. The directions say you (understandably) must embed the images. However, when I sent them I received an error message saying they were not embedded, but still linked. I provided the customer service person who was helping me with screenshots showing the images were in fact embedded. I was told this is an issue that happens often with InDesign files. I would like to suggest that Vispronet either find a fix or not offer the option of uploading InDesign files so additional steps do not have to be taken to save the file in another format and attempt to send them again.

In all fairness, there were some resolution and font outlining issues that popped up that were indeed my fault, so this is in no way just me dumping on Vispronet. Their staff was courteous and patient as I worked for between two and three hours to come up with a solution in regard to the file issues I was having. Evan, the customer service rep who assisted me, stayed with me throughout the entire process even though we eventually put things on hold so I could get a fresh look at the issue the next day. Also, having preset job options for converting ready-to-go PDF files is a big plus. The automated file scanner works quickly considering the size of files I was working with.
