Evan at Vispronet was Amazing, ordering was super easy and the directions and guidlines were very helpful. I uploaded and sent my artwork, realizing minutes later I sent the wrong file, I easily uploaded the newer file and was worried the wrong file would get printed. Evan made sure the correct file was indeed recieved and used for produciton. Thank you for relieving my anxiety and making sure I felt as if I was your only customer. Cheers and Happy New Year. For general ordering I couldn't for the longest time figure out how to delete something from my cart... and I was getting a code error message on the page. But I clicked around a bit and added another item to the cart... then the trash buckets showed up and all was smooth sailing.

The bag that our 5'-0" deluxe roll-up banner came in is not durable enough to carry the weight of that large of display. After one conference the handles have come undone from the bag, making the banner very difficult to carry. I contacted customer support with the issue and was given the option to pay to mail the bag back and pay to have the handles re-sewn onto the bag. We do not feel that it is our fault that the display comes in such a low quality case, and are not happy that the solution Vispronet provided was to charge us to remedy this issue.
