Everything was great, except the fact that they put their logo on the flag, and sewed it into the base. I had to cut it off with scissors, and ruin a bit of the bottom of the flag. If this annoying little shot at getting free advertising by them was not there, I would have given it 5 stars.

Well I liked the material but the color was not because I chose pink and the one I received is not pink ... but what I did not like at all was the service of ups because when I went to pick up my package was not there and I had receive an email from UPS that my parcial was arrive at there location I went to pick up and the guy that was there toll us the parcial was not there..so I had to pay another carrier to receive it, so Im very disappointed

I was not given what the website made it look like I would be getting. After asking for Vispronet to fix the product they sent (which was $1,100+), they refused to do so. Instead they "offered" to let me buy more at a discount. We are stuck with a cruddy product and out $1,100+ I would not recommend using this company because if they make a mistake or send you a much less than quality product, they will not fix it.

This was not a good shopping experience. Vispronet sent us a bad product and refused to fix it. Instead they "offered" to let us buy more product at a discount after I'd already spent $1,100+ on a bad product. That's bad customer care and a cowardly way to do business. Own your mistake. Don't make your customers own it for you.
