I did have some questions regarding a few products after looking through the website. I called and the representative I spoke with was AMAZING. She thoroughly knew her products and was able to give me a detailed answer on many things- some of which I did not expect her to know. She clearly understood and had worked with the products a lot. I left the conversation feeling very willing to place the order and even was able to get details on how to properly store the items I was buying. I wish I had her name- she was so helpful!

Exactly what I was looking for, for our welcome center at church! Absolutely excellent customer service too. There was an error in the printing, and mistakes happen, but they immediately sent a replacement to us. If I need more, I will definitely be ordering from Vispronet!

To get a flag with my business info and a pole set and base at the price I did was wonderful. It's so easy to put together and easy to take apart. I love my flag. The flag is beautifully printed and is holding up nicely.
