I'm very satisfied with the cushion, but I probably should have ordered the 20 x 18 for my wheelchair as this 20 x 20 is a little large. It is very firm and that was just what I needed. I'm in rehab and was having difficulty getting out of chair without assistance. It arrived yesterday and was put in my chair this morning. PT is pleased that I was able to stand unassisted. Soon be going home.

This cushion did as promised. After two hip replacements in a 12 month period, sitting for even short periods of time made me sore and stiff, increasingly so upon standing. I have scoliosis causing a shortening of my trunk. I’m using this 3” cushion in my recliner and it raises me enough that my head and back are where they need to be for proper support. I can sit for hours in comfort and then stand with little of my former stiffness and pain. I first noticed that this cushion does improve posture. At 95 pounds I’m losing very little of the 3 inches. I’m so pleased with it that I’ve ordered another for my car where I need another little boost up. For my needs it’s the perfect cushion. Also it arrived far sooner than I expected.
