I thought it would was going to be more quiet than it is. When using the SideStream it's even louder! I now use a face mask instead it has lessened the noise. As for the time it takes for my meds, I use 2 vials & it takes 25 mins to get through the meds. I was expecting a shorter time.

Ordering was easy & quick, but a little disappointed with the noise & how long it takes for me to do a breathing treatment using 2 vials of meds. It takes 25 mins :( I think the description of the item is misleading. It gets the job done & that's what matters most.

This is the item that Medicare gives their over-65 citizens under the DME code. I was happy to find this on a sale! They sometimes wear out much sooner than the 5 years required under Medicare when a person has to use 4 or more times a day as I do.

I was upset that they did not notify on their page that they did not have any supply of Innosphere Essence filters for my machine! Today was the last day for a sale, and it just kept reading "zero" for the price. You could not order any. For the shipping costs I will not be able to order anymore from Shop Neb. I bought a whole new machine today and foam filters for my DeVelbiss portable machine. Also, the "Zen Desk" is for emails and just saw finally that an email came in, but now I would have to send them back one. Too much bother for this......

never had any problem finding what I need, I found with this order the received part was good but the box was too big for the products ordered and it was mangled and tape was coming loose. Packing needs improvement.

Philips Respironics seems to remain vigilant with the quality control at their factory or factories. The item is compact, well built, easy to handle. The instructions are simple and clear. Based on past experience with other Philips branded items, I am recommending family and friends to get one for nebulizing treatments of any kind.
