A few bumps in the road, but speedily fixed.

I can tend to have analysis paralysis but after all the reviews and everything I’ve read the Veller had the standards that I wanted and nothing else came close in the price range that I needed thank you so much.
I was supposed to receive the 5% discount in the email and was told it will be applied when the card is processed

Even though it wasn't the golf cart that was originally ordered which I waited over 2 mths for the substitution was great. Still disappointed though that the original item that was purchased never arrived

I purchased a Hiboy Titan Pro scooter which has a problem with the charging mechanism. I've been asked to trouble shoot the scooter, take it apart. I'm not about to play mechanic, or receive a free helmet, or even accept $30.00 ( an insult ) if I keep the scooter. I asked for a replacement or a refund. I was left with no option but to dispute the charge with Visa.

The charger is missing a cord. I can not use the bike at all. I am trying to communicate with your company by e-mail. It has been time consuming and frustrating. I wish that I had bought an e-bike from a brick and mortar store. I would not be having these problems

Thanks to Joseph Biden, we could only afford one trike instead of the two we ordered, due to the ridiculous price increase due to Chinese tariffs.

The delivery time seemed to be longer than it should have been. The freight company damaged the shipping crate and bike but the Urban Bikes customer service staff was outstanding. I sent photos of the damage and, no questions asked, they sent me the replacement parts immediately. I was impressed.

Order process painless. Shipping and communication poor.

Makes ordering easy, and seems to have all the info i need displayed clearly.

I will give a better rating when I actually receive the item. Ordering something is the easy part. Let see how the rest follows.
