Beware buyers of Urban Bike. I recently purchased a refurbed Jupiter Ebike and was told it came with a new battery. It did not and their CS has completely ignored my complaint. They even recommended I take up the issue with Jupiter direct which is ludicrous. I recommend anyone considering buying a refurbed bike to spend the extra and go new. I have all but given up trying to contact them.

Easy to place my order, the delivery process was very slow.
The initial promised delivery time (7 days) was unrealistic. The bike was sent overland from Florida to Oregon and arrived about a week late.

The worst company EVER.Don`t waste your money.Purchased a scooter in June.Took 10 days to receive.Stopped working in 9 days.They said they would ship me replacement parts on July 16th.On July 31st,it was delivered to Tennesee whereas I live in New York.Customer service SUCKS!!! Emails only that takes forever to be responded to.Now I have to deal with this incompetent company again as I still have no parts!! My attorney will be contacting them next if this is not resolved ASAP.Go to a brick and mortar store to buy something not these bozos. How about a complete refund and shut the place down?

Enjoy the bike. For refurbished it looked brand new! Only disappointment was having to wait so long for the rack. But I did get it, so all good. I would buy from them again
